Good deal my experience was awesome

Friendly staff, easy check in. Outside doesn’t look like the best but inside the room is brand new, very, very clean.

It says that they serve breakfast, they do not. they said they stopped serving breakfast six months ago. Take it off your advertisement. The Jacuzzi was broken so it didn’t work. The room was filthy. There were no towels in the room. The dryer in their laundry room was also broken and didn’t work. I booked the room because it said it served breakfast and for the Jacuzzi and it was a total wash.

Parking was good and next freeway

The manager was helpful It was loud. Location was sketchy. Internet was nearly non existent.

Room 114, had a mattress that was bad. The toilet water was running, I shut off the water valve. I reserved a king, was given 2 queen beds.

While I am grateful for the quick assistance, finding the tick made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay, I respectfully asked for adjustment to my room charges. Although I understand that the hotel is not obligated to provide any accommodation or compensation, I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment of my concerns by the manager. I followed up with several phone calls and emails, including photographs documenting the issue. Unfortunately, my calls and emails went unanswered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff was prompt when offering refunds that they could and for cancelling our second night. No refund was offered or provided for the horrible experience we had staying there. Prostitutes coming in and out of rooms, Meth being smoked in common areas. DEAD BUGS IN BEDSPREADS. HUMAN HAIR IN SHEETS WHEN WE ASKED FOR NEW BEDDING. Room was not clean with a layer of dirt over everything. Price was $250 a NIGHT!!! Insane price to pay for . Actually ruined a full day of our vacation trying to find new accommodations.

I killed about 10 bugs before being able to go to sleep. Room had mosquitoes flying around.

No laundry, floor from our room always wet like if a pipe was broken under the floor.
