none will never stay there again very dirty , stains on bathtub floor dirty and smells so bad as soon as we entered the room and expensive for a bad hotel , never experienced a hotel like this, sorry

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is not a safe or clean place to stay at all. I felt unsafe and turned around left as soon as I walked into the room. Lots of homeless people around the building and eating the breakfast. I would not recommend this place at all!

Staff was helpful, bed was nice, breakfast good have had eggs and so forth instead of just cereal and bagels.

Clean room

It’s an older hotel. Access rooms from outside and had to use stairs to get to room on 2 nd floor. Great location across street was an awesome Dennys and close to interstate 5 . Nothing fancy but was clean and had comfortable bed

For starters, the staff were very lovely! In regards to the property, it could have been better. It’s like that saying “you get what you paid for.” The beds were comfortable. The bathroom area was the rough part. The bath seemed to be peeling from the bottom and the water temperature while showering was inconsistent at times. The walls are thin so if you’re looking for a place that is completely silent, this place may not be for you. There is plenty of parking, and no fee which is great. Didn’t try their free breakfast so no feedback on that. Room service was good. Overall, 3/5 rating. This place is more of a “just to sleep” hotel vibe.

The MTS is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There are gyms like the Chuze within 2 miles which you can use with their 7 day free pass if you so wish. Overall, this hotel is good value for money.

The front desk staff were very friendly and answered all our questions; the room was very clean, the beds were clean, and it was a peaceful place to rest. However, the experience was completely ruined by the Hispanic woman in charge of the breakfast area—she was incredibly rude! She would see that the food had run out but wouldn't restock it. I went to get breakfast for my daughter, and when I didn't see any sweet bread, I asked if she could help me; she just said, "There isn't any." We also asked for fruit, but she refused to give us any, replying again in a defiant and nasty tone that there wasn't any—even though it was still early and there should have been some. We stayed at the hotel for three days, and she behaved the same way the entire time: items would run out, and she would only restock them if she felt like it, plus she would start putting everything away before 9:00 a.m. She is a bitter woman who ruined our stay at the hotel.

Check in process was easy, the continental breakfast was decent. Loved having a washer and dryer, we used that twice. It only takes quarter though just FYI. Excellent location next to Denny’s and a gas station , a steakhouse, a grocery store, fast food, and only seven minute walk to the casino. The shower was big and good water pressure. The air conditioner unit was fantastic- kept the room very cool. A con was the ice machine- you have to go to the front desk and ask them to unlock it every time, Which is a pain. Also, the ATM machine appears to be out of money because it didn’t spit out anything.
