Great location with beautiful property and views just below Orvieto. We are at the restaurant and it was amazing. Great service and really amazing food. Beds were a little hard. It’s advertised, but there are no breakfast, tea or coffee options on-site in the morning.

The location was very convenient for us, since we travelled by car and could park at the agriturismo. From there, the parking to the funicolare is only a short drive. The staff welcomed us by helping take care of our luggage and store it until checkin. We stayed for dinner which was absolutely amazing. The restaurant is great and again the staff were very helpful, even going off menu to create a lactose free dessert. Fantastic service overall! We enjoyed our short stay.

Convenient location Shower screen didn’t fit and water leaked. Left bedside light didn’t work.

- The pillow was comfortable. - The restaurant's food was ok and the waitresses were attentive and kind (but we are not here to review the restaurant). - The room completely lacked interior sound insulation. On our first night we heard our neighbors talking, watching TV, and then snoring... On our second night we were woken up multiple times by the sound of a child crying next room. - The room was facing a relatively busy road. - On our first night the room was very cold and it took hours to warm up. An extra blanket in the wardrobe would have been useful. - The price we paid, of approximately 90 euro per night for two persons, was a bit high given the above. Also factor that the hotel does not provide breakfast and the check-in time is at 6pm.

Location was good. A little tricky to get into in traffic. Grumpy staff. No breakfast - this should have been highlighted when we booked.
