B&B La Piazzetta

Nadia is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. She was very patient in guiding us live on the phone as we were getting lost in the little alleys of Orvieto. The property is perfectly located right next to the main street of Orvieto, everything reachable on foot. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and bright. Very good air conditioning, which helped with the summer heat of Orvieto. Parking is available and super convenient, which is a rare thing in Orvieto. Overall 10/10!

This was such a great place to stay in Orvieto! We just loved it and we did not want to leave. Nadia, our host, was especially kind and very helpful. She made us feel welcomed instantly. When we checked in she gave us some tips on what to visit. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and very large, as was the bathroom. There was even a comunal kitchen that we could use which was very neat, clean and tidy. It was central to Orvieto's shops, bars, restaurants, museums. It was super quiet and peaceful. The AC worked well too. Nothing at all!

Room was beautiful and spacious, the private terrace in my room was lovely. Lots of little touches were great, like usb and usb-c charging ports in the walls, toothbrush holder, great water pressure.

Location was excellent and our host was very friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations of restaurants and mapping out the highlights of the city. Our room was beautifully furnished and comfortable bed! No complaints!!

Location, comfortable beds, nice size Bathroom, clean, and Nadia she was very helpful and kind. The private balcony with our rooms. We liked everything. Just know kitchen is shared by all if you plan to cook.

Nadia is an outstanding host who communicates often and well. We greatly appreciated her and felt very comfortable. The accommodations are a combination of homey and modern, with USB ports and updated lighting fixtures mixed into an older, comfortable apartment. The location is outstanding for exploring Orvieto and the surrounding area, while also offering a bit of quiet. Our only, very minor, critique is that the mattress was a bit stiff. Not an issue if you’re younger, I’m sure!

It was centrally located in a lovely building. The accommodations were clean and inviting. Nadia was very accommodating and accessible by email, text, and WhatsApp. She was lovely in person. The only thing that was a bit challenging for me was the 10 or so steps to the entrance but that was because I was lugging a heavy suitcase. Otherwise, I have no complaints and would stay there again without hesitation.

Everything about the place was excellent. We had room 3 with a wonderful terrace. The bed was firm yet comfortable . The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and the immensities were great. We could not have asked for anything more. The location was conveniently located within Orvieto . Nadia is an amazing host. So helpful and even got my wife and myself a bottle of champagne for our anniversary I would recommend this location to anyone . I simply wish we could of stayed longer

Nadia is a gracious host. She wanted us to relax, feel comfortable in her B&B and explore her city with curiosity. All were possible because we had a spacious room, clean accommodations, access to the shared kitchen and a private terrace that was a perfect place to relax. We were steps away from the pulse of Orvieto but it was a quiet respite. Loved the variety of activities available to us. We weren’t aware of the parking restrictions prior to arriving. We didn’t understand the signage so we didn’t follow the road directions accurately and didn’t know the best parking option for us was the underground Via Roma parking garage.

Lovely, spotless, large room rental with charming host who would help with anything you needed. Our room had a terrace and a super large bathroom, comfy bed and great location about an7 minute walk to the funicular and then train station. We only wished we could have stayed longer Everything was great

The host and location were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here. I typically stay at AirBnBs that are a private apartments and, while the room was private with an amazingly large bathroom, I felt bad coming and going at early/late hours. I also would have welcomed more light next to the door to enter the room.

Beautiful property, 3 bedrooms with a shared kitchen space. Nadia the owner is gracious and very helpful. It is super clean and very quiet and tranquil.

The location was ideal - close enough to the center of town, but far enough away from the crowds (not that anything is very far away in Orvieto). Immaculately clean, spacious, and well furnished - modern, yet comfortable, decor. Wifi a bit slow to connect.

I loved my stay in this very cute and spacious room that had a great location right in the center of town, but was quite peaceful. The whole place was spotless. It had a large bathroom and the shower was great. A/C worked well. I really enjoyed the private terrace surrounded by lots of greenery but with a lovely open view where I could spend the hot afternoons reading and watching the birds fly overhead. The bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed the water and cookies in the room, and there is also a shared kitchen with a fridge and the ability to make coffee or tea. Nadia was so friendly and welcoming and helped me lug my heavy suitcase up the 10 steps to the entrance. She also provided a map highlighting the best things to see. Such a lovely and accommodating host, who always responded quickly and sent me helpful messages throughout my stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from the funicular station, but there is a steady incline so it took me twice as long dragging all my heavy luggage. Going down was super easy!

The staff was warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel even more comfortable. My main criteria were all met: The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well each night. The shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water—always a plus. The WiFi was reliable and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting a bit of work done. If you're looking for a friendly, well-located place that covers all the essentials, I highly recommend this spot. No issues
