Motel 6 Chula Vista, CA - San Diego

The room was okay, but the price was very poor experience. The light bulbs was poor and did not ligjt the room at all & the sockets were very loose and could not hold a charging brick or plugs-ins at all. The bathroom was a bit moldy, and bathtub a bit dirty when we arrived, and did not have a lock despite being a twobed room. Additionally, the curtian did not block the light well enough for how bright the light outside is. This was hard because the beds were a mattress on a smooth plank so it slipped around & had crappy pillow/blankets. For how expensive it was (150 a night) it was a bad experience.

Horrible place. Nothing like the page says it is. This place is not sanitary at all. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 before and maybe it’s the upgraded ones but this one was nothing like those. I thought I was having a nightmare and truly had never happened to me. As soon as we went in the room had a disgusting smell, the toilet needed to be fixed, the blankets had wholes in them like cigarette burn in a non smoking room, there was fingerprints on the tables, no amenities in the room at all- no towels, no hand soap, no extra toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner or body wash which normally every hotel supplies you with. The a/c vent was completely covered in dust and floors were so dirty, there was feces by the tv and overall it was just ugly and ghetto. I was offered their “best room available” and it was just as bad! For the $400+ you’re spending here, take it and go somewhere else! RUN from this place.

The room was clean, however the beds were not made properly. One of them had three sheets instead of a blanket. The second bed had the fitted sheet then the blanket, and then the flat sheet on top of the blanket. Then the room only had two towels and one face with no other towels nor a floor towel for the shower. No refrigerator, blow dryer, iron. For the price of the room it was totally unacceptable. Never again.

This place has non stop traffic. Bus loads of people ring dropped off and picked up consistently all through the day and night. Room was dirty with mold in bathroom.

There were many small roaches at the Motel 6 in Chula Vista.

No towel in room you need to ask the front desk for them. One bed had no blankets. The curtains had holes in them. A fight broke out in room next to ours at 1am and 6 police cars came to brake it up. Definitely will never stay at this place again. The toilet stoped working in middle of night front dest could not help.Its very dirty on sidewalks. Cigarettes and garbage. I do not recommend this place at all.

There were no towels in the room - needed to ask for them. The room wasn't clean - dust in the bathroom fan; not sure how often the rooms as fully cleaned. I trusted the bed because I could smell the bleach used to clean the bedding, which could use additional blankets as I was cold. Needed to run the AC to not hear my neighbors talking and to prevent the smell of pot.

I Actually Have To Say I Liked Being Able Rest & Sleep. Yeah The Room Was All Dinghy And Looked & Smelled Stail. Oh Yeah No Shower Curtain Or Towels. I Definitely Went To Office To Get Towels That Should've Been In The Room. Oh Yeah Was Tired And Had To Walk To Office And Dude Was Mad Because I Asked For Towels. I Went To The Vending Machines And Seen Roaches Running Around. I Definitely Didn't Like The Hard To Find Parking. I Seriously Seen A Lot Of Shady People Hanging Around. I Actually Tried To Switch The AC To Heater Mode And It Didn't Work Too Well.

Checking in was fast and easy. The room was nice and comfortable but there was some flaws. Once me and my girlfriend walked into our “non smoking” room, the room smelt like cigarettes and chemicals. Eventually it went away but the next evening it smelled like cigarettes once again. The bed and pillows were comfortable but both pillow cases were stained. My girlfriend was getting bit by something in the bed, we weren’t sure what it was. We also encountered 5 small cockroaches in the room as well. On the bright side the shower had warm water to use and we were given enough towels as well as bars of soap to wash out hands. Overall, it was a decent time for the price.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the air conditioner was working great. The mattress was not so great. I could feel the springs. They need to get better and more comfortable mattresses. Everything else was great.

Fire alarm keep going off did not have battery to replace so took it out shower did not work right and no hot water smelled like mold

First off no towels ,no refrigerator,no A/C ,no.shampoo ,the room was dated walls were dirty,bed sheets and pillow cases had mold,walkways were filthy,the only thing that looked decent was the pool,we were rwally dusmayed motel 6 used go be the go to,dont leave thf light on on this one!!!!!!
