You can order room service, but there really weren’t clear directions on how to do it, and the phones in the room didn’t work. There also wasn’t enough communication about how to get around the resort or what was going on. The pool closes way too early, and there were a bunch of kids running around. I definitely think a resort like this should have an adults-only pool area. Overall, the property is beautiful, but for the amount of money we spent, I expected a lot more. The stay wasn’t horrible, but it was definitely mediocre and, for me, not worth the price.

The stay did not offer good value for money. The breakfast had a very limited variety, which was disappointing. I was also surprised by the additional parking charge. The booking mentioned a parking fee of $20, but I was actually charged $65 per night. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and significantly affected my overall experience

More poolside chairs than most resorts, never a problem finding a spot. Food at the hotel store was fresh and surprisingly good. Treo breakfast buffet was pretty good but too expensive. Pools were very nice, lazy river a bit short but nice. Gym was excellent. Comfortable room with great view.

The only thing I “liked” was the look of the hotel. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I checked in, I was offered valet parking, but when I went outside to use it, Anthony, who identified himself as the manager, told me he didn’t believe it had been offered to me because valet was full and he had been communicating with the manager inside. The way he handled the situation made me feel like he was calling me a liar. He then proceeded to speak only to my husband, refused to address me, and made sure to tell my husband to have a nice day while completely ignoring me. The valet service was also extremely slow, taking over 20 minutes to bring my car both times. The only reason I paid for valet was to use the EV charging, yet my car was not even fully charged when I picked it up on the last day. The two women I dealt with when requesting my car were on their phones and seemed bothered that I was there. The only positive interaction I had with valet was with one younger male employee who was very friendly and helpful, although unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Housekeeping was also disappointing. On the second day, I asked a housekeeper if she could clean my room and leave fresh towels, and I told her I would leave the door open for her. She agreed, but when I returned several hours later, nothing had been done. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing, especially for the price of this hotel. I felt disrespected and ignored throughout my stay, and unfortunately I will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Amenities are good! Lots to do for kids.

If you have kids of nearly any age this property is incredible. Plenty of food options for all different tastes and don’t get me started on the pool! The shining star is certainly the waterpark/ pool onsite. It’s got slides for bigger kids and slides for toddlers/small kids. The wave pool features kids movies on a big screen making for a memorable experience. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to go back again!

Breakfast and view. Prices of food and activities overrated, food is average, parking is expensive. Pools are overcrowded with day passers.
-
Pools were nice, rooms were new and clean Horrible customer service with rude staff, tons of FEES! Very expensive stay and you don’t get a ton but more added fees. Lots of silly rules for the pool such as you can’t bring in outside food but yet they closer the pool restaurants at 5. Lame.

The resort has so many activities for kids, which kept our family entertained throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the water park, it was absolutely amazing! The slides, lazy river, pools, and splash areas provided hours of fun for both kids and adults. Overall, this is the perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing vacation with exceptional service!

Beautiful entry, rooms were very nice. Kids had plenty to do in the waterpark, the wave pool and the lazy river, just to name a few things. Restaurants were delicious, we tried 2 of the eight and the attention in our rented cabana was wonderful. Would go back. Great location
