A really lovely and authentic stay just minutes from Ciampino Airport. Maurizio was incredibly kind and hospitable, even picking me up and returning me to the airport for a minimal fee, which made my connection effortless. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, like the kind of travel experience we used to have before everything became about apps and reviews. Wonderful value for the price and an ideal spot when flying in or out of Ciampino. Everything was perfect.

On site parking. Fantastic owner Shared bathroom not on suite. I had to get dressed to go to the bathroom at night.

Owner was very nice. Gave us a ride to the airport at 4:30 AM for 10 euros. Room is nice.

Proximity to the airport - some 30 min. on foot. I cannot comment in details since I spent 5 1/2 hours there in total. The bathrooms are opposite the rooms and detached, but each guest gets its own. This is not a negative remark, but the bathroom I got was a bit worn down. That needs improvement.

The host was very friendly as he also accompanied us to the airport. The place was very clean

The shower backed up. The beds need to have their screws tightened and lubricated. They squeaked and squealed if you shifted your body slightly. Ear plugs were provided but the road noise was very loud all night long. Of course the airplane noise is also present, as expected on the flight line, but the road noise was constant all night and the bed noise was awful. I didn't sleep before my 24-hour travel day.

The bed was so loud - can hear every turn in sleep made by partner.

Easy check-in, friendly owner/manager easy/ cheap transfer to airport Its noisy - planes don't last very long into the night and if you have an early flight then thats not an issue. But other guest noise is a problem as it is very echo-ey and there is little noise dampening. Lots of others will be getting early flights and waking up early so beware.

It is close to the airport. The host is super nice. The offered transfer to the airport is very welcomed. Since it is really close to the airport, it is quite noisy. However, the price compensate for this inconviniency.
