The location was superb. The parking was excellent. Staff were very friendly and competent. The breakfast was excellent. The dining room was very busy but staff made sure everything was topped regularly and there was plenty of variety. The bed was comfortable. The room size was barely adequate.

The staff are super nice and helpful especially requesting hot water all the bottle for the baby they always do it with a smile, and is the breakfast not to be missed ?

Quiet and safe location. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Pleasant 5 minutes walk to train station, and another 5 minutes into town and beach. Good breakfast.

Clean with a comfortable bed. Great shower. Parking easy. Staff lovely., I know it’s a budget hotel, albeit not particularly cheap, but a kettle in the room wouldn’t break the bank and would make a big difference. A little less over priced for the room facilities.

Very close to the centre, free private parking. Quite noisy room, and only one towel per person. Also, quite expensive.

Rooms clean, modern and comfortable. Free parking at the hotel but also plenty of spaces in front of the hotel on the street. Short walk back over the bridge from Saint Jean de Luz but a little dark in places although it felt quite safe

Delicious breakfast, beautiful terrace, kind and helpful staff, large rooms. The bathroom material reminds me of a cheap swimming pool or public toilet. You have to be lucky to have a parking spot available outside of the travelling hours.
