I don’t think this hotel deserves a 5-star rating. The rooms are small, and the towels and bathrobes were old and worn out. The lobby is also very small and doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel. The hotel is extremely noisy because it’s located on a busy street. The elevators were often wet with water from guests coming back from the beach. Breakfast was very limited Housekeeping was another disappointment. We left the room around 10 AM, and instead of cleaning it, we received a note asking us to call if we wanted housekeeping. That doesn’t make sense for a hotel of this standard—rooms should be serviced automatically during the day unless guests specifically request otherwise. Overall, the location is good, but the hotel does not provide the level of comfort, service, or facilities expected from a 5-star property.

Some smell from the toilet bowl, that’s always there after used. The aircon is cold enough, but somehow during the midnight it will automatically increased to 24 degree

the Location was just perfect and the view we had from our room was just exceptional The staff member that helped take our bags to our room, Kim, scammed me. He was nice at first and kept insisting that we should take a tour of hoi an and try to the coconut boat tour. He said it was all very cheap and we exchanged Whatsapp contact information. He messaged me saying everything was included. I even asked specifically if the coconut boat ride was included and he said yes. once we arrived to the coconut boat tour, we were asked for another 400,00 dong, I told them mine is inlcluded already. I called Kim and he said sorry no it isn't included. I ended up paying for it after driving so far to not participate in the experience. After the ride I checked my phone and Kim deleted the message that said it was included after i specifically asked if it was. I messaged him about deleting the messages and he argued with me saying the price is so cheap that why would i think that it was included. He lied to me and i would never recommend this hotel to any other travelers solely based on the fact that you can't trust the staff members.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff, our suite, the cleanliness, the comfort, the facilities, the location and the food. Yes, it's more expensive than surrounding hotels, but you pay for what you get. It was a pleasure to stay here and the staff are fantastic. The VIP lounge was a very pleasant and relaxing experience and the infinity pool and it's view looked great; even though we didn't use the pool itself. Whenever we're back in Da Nang, this will be the one place we will stay. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everything about it will meet or exceed your expectations.

Great location. Enjoyed New Year's dinner at the restaurant. A big thank you goes to staff at the reception desk for helping us with our 'lost' passports. Thank you once again!

We booked the room with ocean view and it was a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is really helpful and place is nicely located Nothing.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room. The AC of the first room assigned to me had a strange sound which was quite annoying. After explaining the problem to the hotel staff, they helped me to change to another room, which was much better.
