Kings Inn & Suites Mason

For an overnight trip to Kings Island, it was fine and the price was right. The rooms are spacious but there was a hole in the wall no one seems in a hurry to patch. The hotel has seen better days, but you get what you pay for; the gym was run down and eliptical wouldn't power on, but the area is quiet.

This hotel was a trash. They had roaches and was very dirty. Police were in and out alot and it wasn't safe for my kids. I tried to get a refund because I checked out 3 days early and never received anything. This Hotel gets a -10 rating highly suggest to never stay there

Good rate for the location. Room was mostly clean, but needed some repairs. There were a few bugs and the window was slightly open when we first arrived.

I had multiple issues from the day of check in: thermostat not working switched rooms there was only 1 tv when there should have been 2. I asked front desk about it and was told there's nothing that can be done! Then when checking out I found an inappropriate adult toy in the drawers! I bring it to front desk's attention again only

It had a comfortable bed Room was so weird we had bugs in there and everything was outdated I felt like I was in a extended stay

Where do I begin? The fridge was filthy. The floors were not swept. There were blood stains on the mattresses. No clean sheets. And to top it off there was a raid last night in the room right next to mine and I was refused a refund when i had 8 children with me who were scared and wanted to go home.

availability room was dirty, sink was clogged, broken towel bar, bed sheets not changed and a weird power cord plugged in room from another room.

So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.

The room was nasty! There were stains resembling various body fluids ( brown, red and yellow) on walls and bed and bedding and pictures. When we showed the staff they simply offered more sheet to cover it up. The microwave had gunk in it. There were so Many stains on the couch /fold out bed we could not use it. Tho we could not even fold it out because they put a shelf in the way. The ac ran all night and the room never went under 70. We did not try the pool we spent so much time trying to make the room clean enough to stay in. Also it smelled so much like marijuana our heads hurt

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The whole inside and outside of the hotel needs torn down and redone. The first room I got was dirty. Even the bed sheets were stained to high hell, there were roaches in the bathroom, every fixture and piece of furniture was stained and had tears in it. I went to the front desk and they said they will take me to another room the second room was also dirty and the ac was broken. The fourth floor was so hot they had fans in the hallways trying to cool it down. Then they took me to a third room that room also was super dirty and also had roaches in the bathroom. All the hallways smelled of mildew. Half of the lights in the parking lot work. Making parking there seem sketchy. If they can’t wipe down counter or vacuum what makes you think that bed you’re about to sleep in will be clean as well especially if the sheets are stained!

The star was extremely rude and nasty

Nothing The indoor pool was cold and the manager lied straight to my face. Told me it would be warm in 30 minutes, it wasn't. There was no deadbolt on the door, it was broke. No handsoap to wash your hands after using the restroom.

It was dirty, no breakfast, lights in roo. Did not work

And the young that work the desk was not so nice at cheack in and the pool broke down so the kids could not go swimming

Bed was comfortable Not very good lighting in the back. Back looked like something from the hood. Air not working in hallways had fans set up on ever floor. Elevator broke got it fixed but had fans blowing on elevator equipment to keep it cool. Pool had hair laying on the floor around the pool hallways had the same trash for 2 days never swept. No breakfast. Light bulbs burnt out in room. Lamp didn’t have a shade on it. Family rest room on first floor had the handle changed sometime ago it was smaller than the original and it had a hole at the top that somebody could peek through from the hallway if they wanted to see you while you were using the bathroom.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We found a cockroach in the room, and even worse, there were used condoms under the bed. The bathroom was disgusting, with feces still visible on the side of the toilet. The problems didn't stop there. The pool area was gross when it was open, with debris and even eyelashes lining the edge of the pool. It was obvious cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities at this property. The elevator was broken when we arrived, and the key card system constantly malfunctioned. We weren't the only guests dealing with it—it was happening throughout the entire hotel. Most of the exterior doors were also broken, forcing everyone to use the main entrance. Customer service was equally disappointing. Only one front desk employee seemed interested in doing their job. The other staff member was nowhere to be found while on duty whenever assistance was needed. To make matters worse, the ice machines were broken, and despite advertising continental breakfast as an amenity, the hotel chose not to provide it even though they appeared to have the supplies and capability to do so. This hotel is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and nowhere near the standard guests should expect. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
