Very dirty litter all over the parking lot pool dirty not a very clean property

Beds are gross fluid, and holes.see a bug on the bed at night Someone tried to break into my room in the middle of the night because staff didn’t put my name down on the room number Breakfast is terrible. Guest and someone else of their was arguing and fighting by car and kid throwing stuff at mine and other cars. Night front desk didn’t care and kept saying so and was laughing

The breakfast was consistently the same each of the 3 mornings we stayed. The pool looked like it needing cleaning and the exercise equipment seemed a little confusing to use. The front door staff was extremely helpful to all requests and greeted us with warmth and quality every day!

Dirty ice machines. Very little vending. Tub/shower dirty and bed was extremely uncomfortable.

n/a bath faucet was loose

The effort to keep things clean and neat was evident. AC unit was quiet and I was able to sleep through the compressor starting up and stopping periodically that maintained the room at a my desired temperature. Breakfast was pretty normal hockey puck eggs and sausages and make your own waffles iron. I will stay here again.

The room smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. The cable weight machine which was the only weights in the gym was broken. The treadmill skipped while trying to use it so I'd say broken. Breakfast is done at 9

The hotel was ok. It needs updates. But for the price it was decent. The breakfast was not good though but if you need something real quick and don’t have time then it works, again the price is basically what you are getting. The staff was nice. There was trains though at times that was a little disruptive, I didn’t realize we were right by train tracks.

But, the smell of the hotel as you walked in the door was very unpleasant for the entire visit. It smelled like urine and could have been impacted by the indoor pool. The breakfast was off. Waffles tasted sour. Just not very good place. Did not go back again. Our stay was impacted by not being able to enjoy the property.

The location was perfect to where we needed to be. The property was due for a remodel. The TV needed replaced.

The breakfast was good. We were advised that my 17 year old son was not considered a child. They front desk (young gentleman) stated their policy was a additional $20. The bill was already paid and he would not do another credit card charge and stated it needed to be done in cash.

love being on the first floor and real close to the lobby. The breakfast was really good. the bed was a little to hard and the frame of the bed needs to be flatten out. Had to sleep at an angle, due to the edge flelt like you were going to fall off. The curtain rod needs to be readjusted. the curtain wouldn't stay in place while showering.

And the desk clerk thought that was just fine. If husband was not there would not have been able to lock door or unlock. Came back after being gone for day. Door was open. Cleaners did not make sure it was locked. Will not stay there never again. Everything

Bad

Room was clean but the hotel is rough around the edges. The bed is on a metal stand and every time when sat on, it made at large “crashing” sound. Just startling but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast

Bed was comfortable. TV needs replaced. Screen was very faded.

Superb

Staff was very racist. Rooms filthy. Hallways smelled horrible. For the money, I felt robbed.
