The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations still or did some quick patch work. Standard breakfast, nothing to rave about. I had to switch rooms the first smelled like smoke. Do not stay on the first floor, very noisy. Outside of the hotel needs more lighting for the parking lot area. It's close to the highway and other hotels in that area. Bathroom was clean, shower area could use work. Nothing on Wi-Fi never used it. 6/10 because the room was spacious.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. No air conditioning anywhere except the rooms. The entire property was dirty, poorly maintained, and the hallways smelled awful. The pool was closed for maintenance. On top of that, their broken Expedia integration turned getting a refund into a huge waste of time.

I did like the hotel was recently renovated, but the cleanliness of the carpet in the four year of the hotel was not well kept. Trash, overflowing by the elevator and by the eating areas.

Very nice property. Our King Junior Suite had plenty of room. There was a nice seating area with a large workspace, TV, fridge, microwave, and sink. King bed was very comfortable. Bedroom had a door, which was nice. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Only negative was the cooling in the room. We got very warm, as the outside temperature was upper 80s. Room was set to 65 and we were still too warm. Overall, very good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The hallways and our room smelled terrible. The first time we walked into the room, I had to turn around and try to find a new hotel.

Room was dirty. We asked multiple times for them to reclean the floors. Cleaning staff went in and only switched out towels even as we asked them as they went in to clean the floors. Breakfast was not the good and the pool was freezing. We understand it’s not heated but the pool room was as cold as the pool water. We will never stay here or recommend this hotel again. The only thing good was that the beds were comfortable

Price for the property in the area was great. The staff was very helpful and nice overall experience very good.

Breakfast bar was dirty, crumbs in containers we were suppose to use to place our breakfast in. Cereal was there from the day before when we checked in at 3:00pm, once we got to our room, the sheets were dirty, shower curtain was ripped and room had a terrible odor. Staff did change sheets in room while we were away, but this was very unappealing and made the stay uncomfortable. We took the kids down to the pool, and couldn’t even swim, pool water was yellow! Looked very unsanitary! Now this was a quick trip for basketball tournament, but wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

The pool was shut down and had been for months. Yet no mention of that anywhere on website. Breakfast was awful and little to choose from. Also our smoke detector wasn’t properly working.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff was amazing. I had car ttouble and they did everything they could to help. Even got me a tow truck when we couldnt do anything else ourselves.

Staff was friendly and polite. Our room had a strong odor (disinfectant?) and they were very kind about getting us another room. It is a quiet location. This hotel could use some tlc. Probably wouldn't choose this one again but it met our needs this time.

The rooms are outdated. The noise that the heat and air conditioner made were so loud that I had to turn it off. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep with it on. The bathrooms need work. The bathtub had the paint peeling from the wall and the tub is outdated and starting to turn a different color. I understand it was a cheap place to stay. But definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
