It was very easy to get on and off the interstate, the room was comfortable and the only thing I would say that wasn't that good was the breakfast it could have had more of a selection and what they did have was not looking tasty! The staff was great

Room was not very clean had old food crumbs on and in the bed. No toilet paper or body wash empty was told to come to front desk to get some.

Loved the breakfast and clean and bright rooms. Kids enjoyed playing at the pool table.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. And the property was fairly clean and smelled nice. The pool looked a little yucky. Definitely needed to be serviced or something.

It was a very good stay, the perfect place to stay with great prices. Breakfast was on point, hot, fresh and delicious 😋 Staff was wonderful, Dillan and Devon were very helpful with all questions at check-in. Overall my stay was a 10 !!!

It was nice for a overnight stop. The rooms are a little on the small side and you can hear people walking and conversations in other rooms. But all in all was a nice place and staff was friendly.

It was a nice place. The pool looked like it needed cleaned. Our room was pretty clean, except a mildew smell in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly! The mattress was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Prebagged bottled waters were offered each time we came in, which i honestly feel is wasteful. Room was small without a closet, no coffee in the room although coffee was available downstairs. Downstairs lobby and common area was well set up and seemed to be busy.

The staff was amazing. The young man 20 yrs old I forgot his name was excellent. Recommended food for us gluten free. Pleasant and funny: The beds are was too firm. The pillows to small.

We booked at a hotel for the weekend when we got there it was awful . We got a refund and found a room at Tru by Hilton and was amazing the staff was so nice and helpful . It was a great stay and plan on staying at more Hilton’s to come

This hotel was perfect for my short trip. They made accommodation for my travel plans and the staff was very understanding. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for us after an exhausting day at King's Island. It is about 20 minutes from the park, just far enough that there weren't a lot of other kids there. Check in was so friendly and the lobby was inviting. The room was clean and bright.

Staff helpful. Room a bit inconvenient, no microwave in room, had to ask a couple of times for an ice bucket, no closet.
