There was nothing i liked about this stay the room was nasty, bed sheets and comforter was stained, bed was uncomfortable, snot on the wall, poop on the bathroom wall, tub was ready to break , water spout in tub was lose from wall, a/c had a horrible odor

I am missing two damage deposits because the man upfront told me someone made a mistake upfront while checking me in or out. So I will not be getting TWO damage deposits. Instead, he's saying they were used on a "room fee" which I've always paid my room weekly. This was NEVER discussed. He literally said that's what they used it for. I am out of money and they just seem to want to rip every penny from you including the DAMAGE deposit. Mind you, I stayed for one month. Cleaned and sanitized the room as if I owned it. Left it very clean. Little to nothing to do but the normal clean. RESPECT would have been great. I am so upset.

Room was filthy. Bathtub was filthier. Everything was filthy. Only thing good was close proximity to restaurants. Will not come back.

the rm needs to be sprayed for bugs, insects & spiders bug spiders in the rm

This hotel had nothing but dirty filthy toilet and tub that's the start secondly the hotel has so many bugs sitting on the ceiling I was told that it was normal I will never ever rent from this and I'm actually disputing the charge because I didn't stay.

The rooms was nasty the beds wasn’t fit to sleep in and the place was just nasty!!! I would not recommend staying here ! It was my first and last time !!! The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was nice !

Remote broken and replacement didn't work for tv. They were out of Do Not Disturb door signs. At check-in, I checked late, and I really needed to use the restroom as I had been driving for 2 hours, front desk person did not let me use the restroom in the front office, I had to go to my room, that was unkind.

Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. It is advertised they have cribs/portable play yards and they do not. Definitely pet friendly. Heard multiple barking dogs all night as well as plenty of people outside our door talking and yelling all night.

Bed had dirt between sheets, bugs crawling on the floor & room was smoke filled even though it was a non-smoking room. Pretty disgusting
