The hotel was fine. The staff, another story. If you have any issues with your stay, don't count on the hotel staff to help assist you or even acknowledge the issue. Upon checkout, I asked about the 6:30 am fire alarm that went off. Why would a hotel test a fire alarm at 6:30 am? She denied knowing anything about it. I questioned her, and again she denied knowing anything about it. I don't understand how you could not hear a fire alarm that went off through the entire hotel. We won't be staying here again. Not due to the actual fire alarm event, but due to the rude behavior of the staff.

The check in staff were great. The hotel is beautiful and loved the location. Easy walk to the stadium and we also walked to the casino. Now what I didnt like was paying couple hundred bucks and the fire alarm was tested at 6:41 AM. This was awful for someone who got in late and just wanted to sleep in ONE day while away. That didnt happen. I did finally fall back asleep but had housekeeping knocking on the door and coming in at 9AM to clean the room and we were not even close to leaving yet. A few odd things happened but the hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

Great location for a concert at Jacob's Pavilion. Took the free water taxi across the river, and walked back. Felt completely safe and fun. Rooms were newly updated and clean. Very nice hotel!

My room was great. It overlooked Lake Erie, which was absolutely beautiful. The items in the food area were a bit expensive, but the breakfast sandwich was good. I do wish there was a pool in the hotel. I would come back to stay again.

They are not very attentive to issues. When we left for breakfast, a dog had pee'd all over the entry way (we watched it happen) and when we came back over an hour later, there were still puddles. There was a bag of dog poop in the lobby for almost our entire stay. Elevators felt grimy. Room wasn't terrible but everything else felt dingy.

Price was right. The property was convenient to our destination. The room was clean, comfortable and. Decently appointed.
