Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

Room was very huge. Lady at front was super nice. The location was good. Definitely good place for family with teenagers.

Clean, comfortable, any staff we interacted with were very pleasant

Woman at the front desk was really, really nice and helpful in answering questions. The property is convenient to the airport.

The breakfast was hot and area was kept clean. The hotel definitely had a smell to it that was unpleasant. The room smelled even worse and was very rundown. I felt as though it was not worth the cost that I paid.

Clean room with plenty of hot water. Had large and sturdy shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers. The 50" smart t.v. was easy to hook up a firestick to.

The staff was great. The bedding had blood stains and not clean even after asking for more. The beds were absolutely terrible.. felt like sleeping on a slab of rock. The shower was dirty and had absolutely no pressure. Very disappointed and thank goodness we only had to stay for one night!

It would have been nice to be able to grab a piece of fruit or a roll on the way out. We left at 5 a.m.

Long wait to check-in. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking was easy.

Our flight got postponed to the next day so this was a last minute reservation made. Front staff wasn't extremely friendly during check-in or check-out, but got the job done. Breakfast area was clean and the food was adequate.

Shuttle service was very good. Very accommodating. Easy check in and out The floor in the room wasn't finished. Gap between tile and laminate floor. Pull out needs a good cleaning and we had to ask for additional bedding
