    The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel definitely needs some renovations; it had the feeling of being run down.

    The staff was nice. The hotel is getting behind on their maintenance. The backdoor had a broken security system. If you closed the door, you couldn't open it with your room key. So the door was open all the time. I see that as a security issue. A big problem with removal of garbage. It piled up for 4 days before somebody took it to the large dumpster. In general the property is getting old.

    We did not stay. There were stains on the bedskirt, sheets, comforters and curtains. The curtains did not close and the refrigerator made an awful rattle noise. We got ready for our event and ended up driving 2 hours home.

    Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness. The night front desk person seemed annoyed when I asked a question about the shuttle— probably because she was busy on her personal cell phone! Observed her give very short and close to rude responses to other guests! Also fix the broken floor tile in the elevator and use a different cleaner on the elevator door and tv screen in the room—one that does not streak!! The fitted sheet on the bed had totally worn out elastic on the corners so did not stay in place and no mattress pad so not very clean feeling laying directly on the mattress!! This Comfort Inn gives the entire brand a horrible reputation!!

    High amount of visible mold on ceiling in hallway. Bed bugs on curtains in room. Front desk staff lied about reservation made for fellow traveler over the phone. All in all looking for a refund for stay and WILL NOT be back to this one!!

    Well….i booked 2 rooms for work and employees. My first impression walking in was a police officer talking to management about an incident. Then another customer asking for a refund since their room was gross. I haven’t even checked in yet at this point. My key card didn’t work at first. And there is a MASSIVE mold stain on the ceiling in the first floor hallway. This is all before I got to my room. But, I will say the room was clean-ish but the tv wouldn’t work. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. The curtain was semi ripped off. Shower was the best part but even the head wouldn’t stay on. Breakfast was okay though the drink machine didn’t work. Spent over $300 on two rooms for a “not great” experience. Honestly want a refund solely on because of the giant mold stain on the ceiling. That’s unacceptable. Staff was semi helpful. All of us who stayed there agreed when been in worst hotels but this is definitely not a good experience.

    I have stayed in Comfort Inn in many states. This one was not my favorite! I stayed 2 times just because it was close to the school that my daughter went for summer camp. We stayed at the beginning of June and stayed on the 19th to 21st..The thing I like about this Comfort Inn is the rooms are clean, the Hallways are clean, free parking. The only thing that bothered me so much is the fact the carpet on the stairs is so dirty. The worst is where the breakfast area. The trush can is so dirty and always full! and mops and brooms are right there for everyone to see!! The breakfast is good but you get turned off the moment you see the trush can!! I have complained about this before when I stayed the beginningof the month. I thought maybe when I go back things would have been improved, but still the same. This time there's an older lady who told one of the staff members that the trush is overflowing. The staff member just pushed in the trush but didn't change the bag but its not just the trush can is always full but its also so dirty!! Please do something about that its so unhealthy!! But otherwise the staff are always nice and helpful.

    This hotel does not meet the standards of other Comfort Inns I have stayed at. Very poorly maintained. There was absolutely no clean up at the breakfast area after other guest had eaten breakfast. Poor overall experience. Very disappointed.

    The hotel Was actually very dirty and appeared as though it might even be in repair, there were wires hanging from one of the ceiling tile areas, the elevator was filthy, the hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed at all for several days.Lots of debris on the carpet on the floor.The bathroom mirror was dirty. The bed was very clean and comfortable, but everything else was very poor. I do not often give a bad rating.However, I spent almost a $100 for a room that was definitely sub.Par Motel 6 would have been better. It not been so late and I needed to fly out so early in the morning.I would have switched hotels Sorry to say almost everything again.I don't customarily.Give bad reviews if you look at my other reviews.This is rare

    Do not stay here you will regret it. Very hot the second you walk in to lobby. Front desk is very dirty. Food stains on the walls next to front desk. Lobby itself had visible dirt on floor. When getting out of elevator there were red stains on the walls, hopefully ketchup and not blood. Part of the drop ceiling was missing, third floor. Carpet in hallway extremely dirty. Room itself had some tile missing at floor level and upon looking closer the sheets had wrinkles in them that indicated obviously the sheets had already been used. Just had to look in the sheets to find hair in the bed. Enough for me. When complained to,Jit , the front desk employee tried to explain it away and wanted to give me another room. We went upstairs to room and showed him the problems. Then to second room, very dirty floor and sheets were not clean to say the least. AI this location and you will find almost exactly same complaints. Also, if you are told you will get your refund just call Expedia and they will take care of it dont believe that. Comfort staff just said they weren’t authorized to give refund and no one is there that can. Expedia took there word for it and gave up trying to get refund sending an email to me saying as much but would give mine a credit. Don’t stop there, you must stay with it and not agree in order to finally get a refund. Could go further but my point is hopefully clear. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

    The bathroom was dirty with a yellow ring around the toilet bowl, the towels had blood stains this hotel really needs better management and better cleaning staff. I took photos to share . The man on night shift was scary I couldn’t ask to change rooms.

    There was no a/c in lobby. Very hot and humid out. Very noisy in my room. Always something running. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very old, looked dirty (stains in bathroom). Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.

    The room was very clean and was very comfortable. The manager was very nice and speed up check in and check out. Breakfast was good, cereal, sausage, eggs and potatos among other things. Outside of the room was worn down, but the room felt fresh. The pool is out of commission. I would stay here again as it was one of the cheaper places in the area w the breakfast.

    They did not read their message notes and canceled my reservation. Expedia staff call the manager and they credit me to rebook. I chose to move on. If this is how one does business I'll go elsewhere. Very much inconvenience after a delayed train arrival.

    Staff was ride, last at front desk on 6-6-26 was rude and kept trying to get us to cancel our reservation. I tried to talk about how we did our reservation late the night before we flew in but nobody answered the phone to schedule a pickup at the airport, phone said the VM was not set up and to call back later. Arrived at airport and called a dozen times to see if we can get picked up, finally someone answered and gave attitude about how they didn't had a shuttle today and asked if we wanted to cancel. Room was run down, sink was clogged, shower dirty. Another employee talked to use that night about accommodations and the shuttle trying to make us feel bad that she worked 8 hours and that she was there trying to help out and this is just how it is.
