Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

Room was fairly clean but missing two light bulbs. Water in bathroom sink was only a little more than a trickle and sink drained barely. Staff nice but hard to understand. Breakfast was great and parking was great. Stayed here two years in a row but next year we will find a different hotel.

Clean it up. We didn’t like it.

Pictures are very misleading. Overall dirty. The entire hallway had stuff all over the carpet. Room smelled. Bed was not comfortable at all. Front desk personnel was never there. Even the lawn maintenance is poor. Would not stay here again.

Dirty, heavily worn rooms, hallways, and lobby. Sticky floor at the elevator. Smelled like smoke throughout the facility. The vibe was not budget hotel (this was $160/night, so not exactly budget in the first place) as much as poorly maintained/neglected apartment building. I think most people would have considered it reasonable to inspect the mattress for bedbugs, as I did, before finally resigning myself to the bad experience and sleeping for a few hours.

Had a good experience, breakfast was good. The area seemed safe and made us feel comfortable.

I arrived late, despite multiple calls prior to my arrival, I waited at the airport for 45 minutes before getting picked up by their shuttle. The woman taking my calls was unhelpful and could not tell me where to be to get picked up and clearly did not care if it worked out. She was slow & unhelpful when I finally arrived as well. The hotel was damp, musty and just plain gross. I would never even consider staying there again. Had it not been 1:30am, without hesitation, I would have called a car and gone elsewhere.

The room was so dirty it was unbearable. From the nightstands to the bed and the bathroom. I asked for my money back and the front desk guy said he would have someone come clean the room. This next part is going to blow your mind. The guy comes to clean the room and starts in the bathroom. He takes a dry rag and wipes the inside of the toilet. Then takes that same rag wipes the floor around the toilet and finally takes the same rag and wipes the tub. No cleaning products just a dry rag. I asked him to stop. He acted like he didn’t speak English. I know it was an act because I saw him speak to someone else as I left the hotel. I requested my money back but the comfort inn front desk guy said I was there for over an hour. I was there trying to get my room clean. I strongly suggest that no one ever stays there. The establishment needs the health department to clean them down. The pictures online will definitely treat you. Beware people

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! Mold everywhere. Super dilapidated.

Property is dated and in need of an upgrade. Carpet is filthy, cobwebs and dust in the room. Beds are not comfortable but the sheets were clean. Iron worked great. Shower was difficult to turn on, I could only get cold or hot no way to make it a comfortable temperature. If you need a quick place to lay your head with a free ride to the airport this is the place for you. Staff were very nice and conversational.

Property wasn’t very clean. Stained linens, common areas needed swept. However, staff was friendly.

Shuttle service to the airport was right on time!

This hotel has a very bad smell in the hall and in the room. My friend was bitten by a dog in the hallway.

Property was outdated, plumbing was inadequate and water from toilet ran all night, second day of the stay we had no hot water. The air-conditioning was noisy and didn't keep an accurate temperature in the room.

Stay elsewhere …staff is rude and if you have any questions just immediately are dismissive and rude…sorry I woke you while you were sleeping and being paid to work the overnight ..find better employees and rating would be better

Juice machine was out of order and they ran ut of breakfast items. Clunky checkin took 15 minutes.
