The pancake machine was broken. The apple juice dispenser was empty and was leaking water. The ice machine was leaking water all over the floor. The breakfast was typical. Instant eggs and soggy sausage patties. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The EV charging was slow and by the hour. Definitely a rip-off.

Gym nice for a hotel. Clean rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again! Great location too

The room was nice and cool when we entered. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The toilet seat seemed loose when sitting on it. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast had several items and the accessible coffee or hot water 24/7 was nice. You could purchase snacks,, they had fusball table & gym for exercise & boards with local shoppes, entertainment, and dining.. Overall, our stay was good and would recommend

Everything was great. But for the bathroom smelt like a bar bathroom and stale pee on the floor.

An event near the hotel,a wedding, was cancelled 1 month before our scheduled stay. Neither Expedia nor the Hilton was able to make an exception to the non refundable policy. We simply wanted to change our reservation to the downtown Hilton to enjoy a night out. Poor customer service!

Always good, staff great! Rate creep every week. Always know the room and cleaning is good!

I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Our pillows were so soft your head felt like you were just on the mattress. I ended getting two new pillows for the rest of our stay.

The person at the desk was not very customer service oriented - she was not at the desk most times but wandering around the lobby on her phone - we had to look around when we came to get our room, other guests arriving had the same experience. Didn't know if she was another guest or someone who worked there- maybe she needs some hotel customer service training. Maybe they should wear a uniform or something so they can be identified if not at the front desk. Our room had no shower soap or hand soap dispensers were nearly empty. We were not going to go downstairs to ask at this point - already showering . I would think these would be checked daily by housekeeping staff. The breakfast was fine but there was no black tea bags only a few ginger lemon teabags - they looked but had none in stock in the back. This would seem to be a common staple item. Otherwise the convenience of the hotel off the highway was the best.
