Comfortable, clean room, courteous staff, good breakfast

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Parking was a breeze. The breakfast food had variety - the hot food hot and the bakery items were delicious and fresh. Staff there was very welcoming too. Excellent staff and couldn’t ask for more.

Staff was rude the first day but it got better.

Always stay here prior to trips utilizing airport, have shuttle service you can leave your vehicle safely till your return, rooms are clean staff helpful.

Got to the room and there was hair all over the shower and the bathroom.

-the bathroom door in our first room (113) wouldn't latch shut. The door and the frame must have been just slightly misaligned such that the latch couldn't slide into the frame. -one of the towel hooks in the bathroom was loose and eventually fell off -on our 3rd and last night, the toilet stopped flushing because the handle chain broke or slipped off. the desk attendant said maintenance wasn't available (it was Sunday evening) so we had to switch rooms.

I appreciate that it doesn't have a stinky "pumped in" fragrance! It's just clean and cared for!

Room was on the smaller side than I am used to for Hampton Inns … bathroom especially very cramped feeling. Breakfast was their normal eggs sausage potato waffles not a lot of extras like yogurts. Elevator smelled like musty old carpet. Overall good stay just a few things.

The staff were very welcoming We were given water on arrival and fruit was freely available Shuttle service was great and driver was very welcoming, kept us entertained and took care of all our luggage and even brought it to our room I can't honestly say there was anything we didn't like. Breakfast choices weren't to our own personal taste but we still found something we could eat.

I booked through Expedia and messaged the property twice through Expedia’s messaging- didn’t get an answer. I had to call to clarify if I could check in after midnight.
