We stayed here twice and would come back again. It offers great value for money, the rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient and close to the metro station, and the breakfast is very good.

Its a quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and pillows, surprisingly quiet considering it's Paris and my room was overlooking a square. Very accessible with public transport (metro stops very close by). Most of the staff were super friendly, they even offered to purchase vegetable milk for me to have at breakfast the following morning. The room had a kettle and complimentary coffee / tea. The room was VERY small, too small for 2 people. Minimal amenities, no toiletries (only gel), no fridge, the shower temperature shifted drastically and if you weren't careful you burned easily. Paris hotels are incredibly expensive for the quality you get.

Not good value for money The trash bin in the room wasn’t completely empty when i arrived There was no heating only cold air conditioning even though i visited in November and it was 10-15 degrees outside i was cold all the time

Clean , perfect location!

Everything was great the location is great and staff are friendly the only suggestion I would make is the linens are not changed daily but everything else was wonderful Nothing much bad to say my stay was great and friendly staff will stay again in future

Really clean on all usable surfaces. Some reviewers complained that the carpet is stained. It is old and used carpet, but mine was not stained. The room is considered small (think japanese business hotels) but that small room size is positively offset by a large clean bathroom where i recommend you can place your luggage since it is so spacious and clean. The location is within a couple minutes walk to Marie Clichy (number 13) station so it is very accessible as long as you can put up with being crammed in a train (this is a supremely busy stop). There are so many good eats at affordable prices. Good sound insulation. I would stay here again. Housekeeping needs to check under the bed every so often and clean it. There were some empty cups under mine. This is not considered a usable space but waste and dust allergens can accumulate here so they should care for it.

The location, the facilities, and the rooms are small but comfortable. Close to Paris. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the breakfast was good, but we would really prefer to have some vegetables (there were none). Plus, it’d be good to have some water in the room.

The only downside was that two smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night, which was quite unpleasant and woke us up

I only stayed for one night since I had a plane the next day. From Orly airport it’s a short metro ride not to much of an hassle and very easy to do. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good, the shower had consistent hot water and a good water pressure. The bathroom is also quite big for the size of the room which was a nice surprise. It’s a fine place to stay for a short stop. The room I was in on the third floor was small, kind of a squeeze if you have a lot of baggage’s, but with my backpack it was fine. It’s a fine little hotel in a quiet spot, with lots of markets, grocery store and restaurants around, so it’s very convenient. The carpet needs a deep deep deep deep clean. The AC also was flashing the message « time to clean the filter » which I would agree on.
