great hotel, we loved it! Everything was great, no complaints!

Location is on the spot. But there is dutch cemetery just besides the property. So depends on you whether you want to stay or not. But it didn't cause any discomfort to us. Breakfast is outstanding. We booked Seaview room and the bathroom was stinking continuously. Nothing could change that smell. No idea what caused it. The restaurant of the hotel closes at 9 PM. It doesn't mean last order goes by 9, it means you should have already eaten by 9. That was uncomfortable as we used to come to hotel after sight seeing. Also breakfast starts at 8 which can be late if you want to go out early for boating. Also we paid 35k for 2 days during off season, which isn't the good price considering the problems.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the beach and Princess street. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. The pool was relaxing and there was plenty of shade for lying on lounges.
-
Wondeful hotel in the center of Fort Kochi. Service in the restaurant could do with a little more pepping up and we could do with revamping the Gourmet biriani which is predominantly white rice and a little to dry.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Fort Kochi , right on the beachfront and at a great location. The hotel is steeped in history (built around a 17th Century Dutch home) and has an attentive staff. If you are looking for personalised care and attention especially when travelling with seniors this is a great option. The hotel has an in-house restaurant with great breakfast , lunch and dinner options - delicately made and good variety. The kitchen made no-spice meals for my grandma every day - thank you! If there is a negative it will be the lack of TVs in the room and a small pool.

Beds were quite hard.

The location is good. The boys in the staff are helpful and kind. The WiFi does not work, even after multiple complaints it did not get any better. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude, every feedback to her was received with a snark. The room AC was not ON when we checked in for how hot the weather was. There were multiple lizards in the room.

The breakfast was excellent, The portions were great as well. The stay was pleasant & the staff's were very helpful especially Gia & Gokul. Not much to not like, however the some areas could be improvised internally to give an uplift of the property.

Location is great. Very near to the beach but away from the crowds. Heritage building wonderfully maintained. Overall, very clean property. Staff attitude is good. Some of the staff need more training. Food is average. Dining area has mosquito problem. Room light is not sufficient and hot water supply is erratic.

The breakfast was very good lots to choose from . I arrived very late midnight and the staff were very accommodating The pool area and gardens are beautiful Bed a little hard. Check out time very rushed as its 11 ,I had to return from a boat trip and hadn't slept in the room.

Location is fabulous. Toiletries/toilet paper weren’t replaced daily. Arrived very fast when we requested them. I think this was perhaps an oversight rather than a policy.

Big and aesthetic rooms, kept very clean, restaurant was a beautiful setting and reasonably priced, and the included breakfast had brilliant choices. The waiting staff in particular were smiley and courteous which we appreciated! Pool was a bit cloudy whilst we were there but might have just been due a clean

The hotel is on a good location by the water front. The garden is a nice space and the staff are very polite. We had a small room. The only window had obscured glass. The decor is all rather tired. The pool is passable. Not good value for money.
