Property is good. But the spa can be even better. I did the facials and it was just okay according to the price. Food was great. We loved the breakfast and the dinner at the armory restaurant. Food was delicious. Overall a wonderful experience at the Brunton boatyard. Jasmine was very polite, friendly and very helpful. Nothing particular. Only the evening boat could be even better as the condition of the boat was very poor. We expected a very posh cruise.

Right from the start, CGH makes you feel welcome. Their hospitality compares, if not excels, what you would find at a Taj property, and that is saying something. The hotel is one of the very few properties that has an expansive view of the waterfront. It is a lavish and intimate property with a central courtyard. The breakfast is served at your table and offers an elegant melange of local flavors and global classics. They arrange for morning walking tours with a local guide, an evening boat ride or a yoga class - all complimentary! The rooms are luxurious and gives you the unique colonial feel. The passing ferry's noise might be considered a nuisance by some - but for us it was an additional charm!

Exceptional staff who always smiled ensuring we were comfortable. Excellent location! Even though it was off season, the hotel had sufficient staff ensuring guests were well taken care off. The staff at the restaurants provided variety of food and it did not feel like it was off season. The staff really made our stay memorable, we will be back Nothing ?

The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is cleaned very frequently. My room overlooked the sea, which was beautiful. The pool is not too shallow, which is fun. They offer a complimentary sunset cruise, which is a good addition. The pool timings could be extended.
