The hosts were amazing. Easy check-in process, very best customer service and beautiful facilities. The room was clean and charming. I love the communal space and breakfast on the rooftop. The location was absolutely perfect. I highly rate and recommend this property! Not enough time to stay there longer!

It’s location is unbeatable. And with the help of Joseph and Nimi they solve every logistical problem. It’s like having a tour guide running the hotel you’re in. There’s no downside to staying here.

Beautiful building and very kind hosts. Everything I needed was provided, including Joseph arranging a driver to pick me up from the airport. My room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the hot Indian food and eggs any style cooked by Joseph and his staff. Eating breakfast on the beautiful rooftop each morning was a highlight. Joseph and his wife and fun conversationalists.

Great location to be able to stroll around Fort Kochi area. Very nice breakfast. Clean room and quiet at night.

This place is an absolute oasis in Fort Kochi, a home away from home! We arrived exhausted from travel, but very quickly felt rejuvenated, welcomed, and comfortable during our stay here. There are so many personal touches and beautiful works of art (painted by the owners' daughters!) in the common areas, the breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is convenient, and it was such a highlight to talk to the owner Joseph- a very friendly and hospitable host. They also offer driver packages, where a driver can take you all around Kerala and follow your itinerary. We had a driver accompany us to Munnar and Alleppey, and he was excellent- a smooth and safe driver that made us feel very comfortable. All in all, we are so glad we found this place! It was only one night, but a very memorable one! Would happily return if we're ever in Kochi again.

No sign out side lodging. Luckily they flagged us down as we were looking for the gate.

Fantastic location close to the main attractions! Jose the owner is very accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Would love to come back again. Nothing

La Lune B&B was the accommodation we selected for our first stay in India. The reviews raved about the authentic cultural experiences and kindness of hosts, Joseph & Nimmy. They are all this and more! Their breakfasts were prepared with home grown organic fruits and eggs. The Indian options were wonderful, and omelettes a delight. They attended to conservation, delightfully educated us about culture, and were meticulous about food/water safety. The Ayurvedic massage arranged with them was with a renowned private masseur, the best in Fort Kochi. Highly recommend! Just in the past month, La Lune received a travel & hospitality award for being The Boutique Hotel of the Year for Kerala. We congratulate them. It is well deserved!

The service was exceptional by Joseph - It made it a pleasure to stay there. The place is very clean. It's in a great location. The breakfast is great. The only thing I didn't like was the bed - it was very hard.

The property is well situated, nice room, and near walking attractions. More flowers and plants would be nice for the upstairs garden.

Property is in an excellent location to walk to all parts of Fort Kochi. Extremely clean and comfortable. Joseph is a sensational host who will go out of his way to help you with any query you may have. He helped us book activities in Fort Kochi, a driver for three days after we left La Lune and even an amazing private hike in Munnar. The two days that we had breakfast there, the food was delicious. Home made and delightful! I also highly recommend using the driver who Joseph arranged for us, his name is Sebi. A great guy who is really accommodating for your needs and has lots of good local knowledge of Kerala and can take you to places you may not have heard about.

Joseph and his wife were excellent hosts! They were warm and welcoming and happy to share their local knowledge about activities. We were met at Cochi Airport by Joseph's taxi and driven straight to his door. I highly recommend that after 24hrs travelling! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Having access to drinking water, a fridge, kettle, tea and fruit all day was great! Their rooftop garden was a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The breakfast they provided was great - a choice of fresh fruits from their garden, chapati/roti + sambal or continental style too. Lalune is a 5 mins walk to the famous Chinese Fishing nets and the harbour front, a cute beach and a great sunset. You can get a boat over to the main city from there too. It is also a 5 min walk to the lovely shopping area, Bastion Street, with lovely restaurants. We highly recommend Mary's Kitchen and the Spice Root for a delicious lunch and dinner. Lalune is very close to the Cultural centre and Hotel Club 18 is just round the corner and this had a great cafe and a rooftop bar with a free pool table! Lalune is the perfect place for visit to Cochin short stay or long stay.

Highly recommend booking to stay here. Everything exceeded my expectations - this was honestly the best homestay I have stayed in throughout India. Thank you so much for your hospitality Joseph; it was a pleasure to stay at your homestay. Nothing - can't think of anything that could have been better. Truly perfect stay!

A wonderful place to stay. Joseph and Nimmy are so welcoming and generous of spirit. Our room was comfortable, spacious and cool (with air con and a fan). It had a balcony, decent enough bathroom, and access to a kitchen stocked with filtered water, tea, coffee, and a good supply of free snacks. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit juice, fruit from the garden, an Indian option, eggs, toast and more - we ate so much we didn’t need lunch. Joseph’s local knowledge is so useful. His expertise is freely given, and if you want a specific trip he can arrange most things at a better price than you’ll get elsewhere. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Nothing.
-
Excellent location to visit Fort Kochi and Jew Town. Despite being in the centre of the old city, its location slightly away from the road, made it very quiet. Joseph is a very nice and helpful person always ready to offer his advice/service. Nothing. Very tiny little comment; the spacious bathroom could do with a shelf or so next to the washtub to put personal stuff on.

Roosters next door must be suffering from jet lag. They crow all day.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff . Everything you need . You’ll want to go back and stay again Nothing
