The Killians Boutique Hotel

Great Location. Walkable distance from the beach, restaurants, atm, water metro etc. Breakfast was good. Spacious rooms, nice garden and area around the pool and attentive staff We booked 2 rooms, in one of them water kept dripping from the air conditioning the whole time and they couldn’t fix it, the other room the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Swimming pool step edge need to be fixed, it’s broken with sharp edges and caused cuts for my kids. In addition the water was super salty not sure if it was excess chlorine

Room is huge and spacious. AC is small for the size of the room , so it was pretty humid even after using the fan

Location is great Too overpriced for the facilities, rooms are old and dingy. Bathroom is also old school. It was worth half the price I paid

I think the value for money is the worst problem here. In my room the shower didn't work and the AC was dripping a lot, wetting my whole luggage. We had breakfast included and it was not good, there were like 2 units of each item, burned and stuck to the pans. On one of the days there simply was no breakfast because they had "too few guests" - while eight people were left there drinking coffee and eating some stale cereal they left at the buffet. Problems can happen, but for more than 500 euros and with a 4 star rating, I would say no.

The location was great and the tuk tuk were available easily. Anina at the reception was very helping proving all the things to see around. Also would go get us rickshaw at the road side and afterhours she walked us to the beach and surrounding area. The restaurant Lily Grace was excellent. Their menu had good options. The waiters were super, providing good service. The mosquitoes were lot around the hotel and in rooms as well. Was difficult to sleep. Kept the fan and AC running all night.

Beautiful hotel, extremely polite and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were amazing!

The hotel has an old-world charm that we loved. The location is perfect and the food excellent. Deepasha and her staff ensured that we had a great stay. The amenities could be improved a little, especially toiletries. The area near the pool stank really bad because of toilets right next to the pool.

The ac in 2 out of 3 rooms was leaking. Nothing was done about it. No beds by the pool. Breakfast was basic indian food

Double and triple check arrival time with them because we arrived late and were nearly turned away (at midnight - although I had communicated arrival time with them via booking) breakfast is nothing special

Great location and value for money. No complaints.

The staff was helpful and took action where problems were pointed. They cleaned the room on Day 2 and fixed the problems. The rooms have potential. The towels and the sheets were not clean (bad smell, marks). They were changed on day 2 after I spoke to the staff. The ground was dusty. The hotel is clearly not 4-star but a low 3-star.

The location, the size of the rooms. The staff was very helpful The room was not clean, and there was no hot water. We asked if it was possible to fix, but it never was.
