Very good location Staff was unprofessional, our ac dint work, toilet door was not working, landline phone not working, toilet window always open. Complaints raised multiple times with staff but they were helpless. I requested for my refund, they said ok but not yet done. We are talking with hari hotel reception 87145 64445. Hope you will sort the issue

Great quiet location within the center but not on the streets. Exceptional reception staff!

The location is excellent. Can walk to the beach and also walk thru old colonial buildings The rooms were small. Elevator can barely fit three people. Room had no window. Extra bad given to us for as hard as rock. The fridge did not work.

The location is great. The breakfast was okay but slow service. The swimming pool was clean. The room was clean but very dark and small compared with the last time we stayed there a few years ago. Lunch was advertised but there was no lunch! Most staff were reasonably helpful and Mr Hari was exceptionally friendly and helpful and arranged a taxi to take me to a hospital The standards had fallen since the last time we stayed there a few years ago after it had just opened. There was no real attention to detail (in common with many hotels in India), the place had an end of season feel about it. There was nowhere in the hotel where you could buy a drink or food when you wanted it. For the money, £80 per night, there are definitely better options in Fort Kochi. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Central location, AC worked, staff was nice. The Dutch room was significantly worse than advertised. There were broken decorations, stained furniture, and it was not somewhere I would like to spend time.

The location This property and hotel does not match the 4 stars it has and the advertised stay. Prior to details, overall the entire property is run down, clear signs of negligence, understaffed and competency of staff. Our first room assigned to us, had an absolute sting smell to it, sticky floors, bedside table missing, room fridge not operating, mosquitoes in the room. Out first impression of walking into the room was straight away - how can this be a four star facility. We contacted the manager next day of our dissatisfaction and requested to change our rooms. Only to be given a room with a smaller bed, same bathroom smell, bathroom tiles grouts have mould on them, shower towel rails broken. The breakfast provision was not up to par as one should expect from booking a 4 star hotel. We went out for all our breakfast following the first morning experience. If this was a 2 star hotel - no problem, the fact that this is rated 4 star and the price related to it doesn't justify.

Old and not inviting

location, staff and room size ground floor rooms are dark and rooms are not cleaned everyday by default. Towels were not best at times

Location is very good. Parking space at the hotel. Food. Swimming pool. Room was of ample space for 2. Overall very good experience

The Location and breakfast was OK Booked 3 Dutch rooms, unfortunately those rooms are in a different block away from the main property. Rooms are in a building where the hotel is arranging kathakali, where outsiders visit often through a separate gate. One room smelled bad and had to survive with room Air freshener. Air condition was not working poor in one room. Towels were with stains and had to ask for replacement. Cleanliness is poor. Not worth to be considered as four star.

It is very overpriced, rooms are very old and not clean

TV in our room was not functioning, breakfast could be improved

I had a nice stay the staff was helpful even though i missed few phone calls from them for confirmation. Location is very good and walkable distance from beach

The cups in my room were dirty. The water glass crumbled in my hand when I touched it to pick it up. The bathroom smelled like moldy/musty water. It was super dark and the blinds were hard to open to get some light in. It was older / more outdated than the images made it look. I saw a staff member leaving a guest room suspiciously, he went back in and behind the door when I came down the stairs. He was in a room that I knew belonged to a couple who arrived before I did and checked out after. Very strange.

Staff were good, very responsive, Expensive! Not up to the standard of cost No attention to detail. The toaster was problematic, breakfast slow, pool was cloudy. Had to ask for a towel, mosquito repellent, pool arrangement. I think the hotel needs a management consultant.
