Hotel nice but had no internet service and couldn’t get the tv to work properly had to program the time and date

Military folk in uniform or police cadets staying there made me feel safe!!

Breakfast is always good. I love the fresh fruit, whole grain bread and Raisin Bran cereal. However I was in room 234 and we had no wi fi - my phone identified it but nothing would load.

This was my first time staying in this hotel and while it was good, I am not sure I would stay here again. Check-in was smooth and the young lady was professional but not very friendly but that could be due to the amount of people and kids staying at the hotel while I was there. I used the fitness center, which was very limited but the treadmills worked so it was fine for me. I would have used the pool but it was very busy. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and was very pleased with the hot options and the friendliness of the staff in the dining area. My room was clean and spacious BUT what is up with the water pressure!!! I turned on my bathroom sink and even at its highest, all I got was a small stream of water - it made it very interesting to brush my teeth and wash up. The shower pressure was better but still not as strong as I am used too. And I know this will be a strange comment - but I missed having a luggage rack to put my suitcase on. I am not a fan of placing it on the floor. Now my only real complaint were the kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors. I don't sleep well in hotels to begin with and they kept knocking on my door and then running. Yes, I know I should have called the front desk but if I didn't see the kids, what were they going to do. You might want to put stricter protocols in effect when you have all these young teens in the hotel - just a thought.

Bathroom smelled funny and when we looked under the sink, it was covered in black mold and wall board was "not there". Mirror was worn and paint chipped off. On the other hand, breakfast was decent and the folks working there were very nice! In general terms, the room is basically suited for 1 person. There is very limited dresser/drawers to unpack clothes as it were. as a result, you kinda need to live out of the suitcase which we don't like.

information. The breakfast was, hands down, the best included hotel breakfast we've had. Fresh berries, full array of bacon, sausage, French toast, etc. High quality bedding and towels... I could go on. Thank you, Clocktower!!

The whole experience was very nice, the water pressure was a little weak in the shower but the whole room was very nice.

Breakfast was good, link sausage, then bacon then the standard patty. Lots of options, but the kids wished there was a waffle machine. I would like to have seen some chocolate chips for the oatmeal. The hotel was good, comfortable rooms, the wifi was a bit slow and spotty at times. The location was good with a Price Chopper close by along with restaurants and the kids loved the pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
