There was no elevator, and the staircase was somewhat narrow. It was not a problem for me, and I was able to carry my luggage without difficulty, but it could be inconvenient for guests with large suitcases or limited mobility.

The location is good. My mattress was not in appropriate form anymore, in the middle there was dent. But the most annoying things was that there was no AC or ventilator. The room was in the last floor and was too hot, and as the hotel is located somewhere above stores and the church, there was all the time noise, and keep opening the window was another problem. The room was not soundproof at all, even the people who were walking in the corridor was so clear at night.

The noise outside in the morning, now in summer is really hot!

The location is so close to everything. We were there while it was super hot. I understand not having air conditioning but there wasn’t a fan or anything

It wasn't idea that we had a top floor room and no elevator but we made it work.

They didn't have places to store our bikes.

Convenient location that's easy to get to from the main station I begrudgingly understand that reception could be closed 30 mins before check in time and we might not be allowed to drop off our bags even if it meant we'd get stuck in the rain, but that doesn't justify the rude response we got over the phone when we called to ask.

Room was exceptionally small compared to others we stayed in on the trip. Desk is not staffed from 6pm through the morning. A bit pricy for the size and quality of the room.

Rude staff, hung up on me twice! I’ve never dealt with such rude and unprofessional behavior in all of my travels. Upon arrival the lobby was closed. The information eon the door says to contact the number posted for emergencies. Since I wasn’t aware that the lobby closed at a certain time before arriving, I contacted the number. The gentleman who proceeded in broken English, unfortunately let me know that they close at six, which is fine. This is not the first establishment that I’ve stated where you can check in digitally unfortunately, this gentleman did not let me know that this was the case all he kept saying was that I told you on Booking.com that we closed at six and I said no I did not get this information as apparently he sent the information as I was driving up from my location. The Way in which she was stating that they close at six and that he let me know this via booking information message help me to understand that no one was going to come to check me in which I was confused about, and then he proceeded to hang up on me and state that he could not help me as I stood at their entryway, confused about not having a room and being hung up on by an establishment that is supposed to be Customer centric. I proceeded to call back and let him know that I was confused. What was I supposed to do and if they were just gonna take my money and was no one going to show up to let me in and he proceeded to yell at me and let me know that he sent information on booking that there is nothing he can do that. He’s not coming out there and that he could not help me which was again odd and proceeded to hang up a second time. So I called for the third time which was very annoying and told him that they can’t just take people’s money and not provide them a way to get inside the rooms. And he finally decided to let me know that the message that he sent me as I was driving had instructions on there being a digital way where I could access the facility.

Location was perfect. Room is small but suitable for one night. When i was making check out there is no one at the reception. I wanted bring my luggage there for one hour. But there is no one there and door was locked. So i went to shopping area with my lagguage :/

Excellent location. Good sized room with an extra sitting area. Very clean. Easy to check in. We arrived on a very hot day, it was 37 degrees celsius and there was no fan/ air conditioning. The hotel is next door to a church that has a very loud and distinctive bell every hour so having the window open at night affected our sleep.

Second storage without elevator was painful for my knees ( arthritis). The room had no AC is not comfortable to sleep by 38°C. No Parking place for car.

Receiption Not the most modern hotel Very loud/noisy
-
Close to the cathedral and christmas market No elevator. It does not function as a hotel. We arrived at 13:30 and it was closed. We had to wait outside.
-
Very convenient location downtown. It was very noisy at night. I could hear people walking up and down the steps all night long and slamming the entry door.
-
Check in! Reception opens at 14.00.

Bed was made of 2 twins instead of a full queen, but it wasn't much of an issue for us

Convenient location, approachable. Oh why you do not have a hair dryer I have to wait in front of the heat in the toilet for my hair to dry "naturally" which took over 1 hour...
