Good location in city centre, decent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed Small room. Okay for me as a solo traveler for one night, but it might be tight for 2 persons for a longer stay

Been to this hotel before on a business trip and came back to stay due to superb location and comfy homely feel of the rooms. Near the Heumarkt square that is 150m away from the Rhein river flowing through Germany. At €100 a night for a double room you will not get much better than this. Breakfast is amazing too containing the usual cold meats and cheeses along with warmer items to satisfy your needs. On top of that they have cereals, pastries, bread with juices and hot drinks to your preference which we indulged

I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, but this was the first time after the major renovation. It is completely updated and modern! The air conditioning actually works! Overall, great place. Nice people and perfect location. Highly recommended. Nothing major. The bed was a bit hard, and the pillows didn't provide much support, but I slept well enough. The blackout shades were especially effective. The breakfast was really good, but the area is a bit cramped. Everyone has to reach over each other to get to things. The bathroom was also awkward, especially after a shower.

Clean, modern, well equipped, good location, friendly staff The square it’s on doesn’t have the most inviting atmosphere because many of the kitchens of the restaurants of the adjacent square are there but it’s really a minor thing.

Good location and nice sized room The bed wasn't comfortable. Hard mattress and old lumpy pillow, with a thin sheet and rubber under sheet which wasn't pleasant in the warm weather. The shower room was too small and the open shower (which had a partially blocked drain) flooded the whole area. The staff resolved the drain when asked. The air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Very nice location down town with short walk to many bars and restaurants and no need for a taxi or a car, very nice place to stay at.
