Nice clean room One of the card keys did not work at all, the other with difficulties. Trainee was left alone with a booking system that did not work. Staff on duty disappeared and was not reachable for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional.

The view of the media park pond and distant view of the cathedral were good. Comfy bed, Good Aircon, Spacious room. Really friendly and helpful staff nothing.

The hotel was fantastic, attentive staff and great facilities. The beds were really comfy and we had a great night. Being picky, the location was a little far to walk to the main attractions, but nit that bad.
