Very welcoming and helpful staff. They answered positively my requests and were also nice. Nice single room, on the top floor with wide balcony overlooking the street. Parking is a plus and the location is perfect to reach any point of interests either on foot or by metro

Location was great, and having a balcony was unexpected but a really nice touch. There was no air conditioning, which would have been okay with the open windows except there was a constant stream of marijuana smoke filtering in from the guests underneath. The bed was also incredibly soft which wasn’t great for my back.

The location is strategic; it's close to two metro stations and a tram station. The main train station and markets are within a 15 to 18-minute walk. It’s also close to the famous Haymarket shopping street, which is just 4 to 5 metro stops away. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Customer service is excellent, and the reception staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and very helpful." "The lift is very small, and the price did not include breakfast. The staff were friendly. The room was kept well each day. It had a lift to get my bags to the third floor. Mo's Pizza around the corner was excellent. Nil of note

it was easy to find, had a nice view and the staff was really nice the trash can already had trash in it when we arrived. the room itself was nice but the price was a bit too expensive.
