The parking arrangement was very inconvenient. Every time we wanted to use our car, we had to collect a key from the reception to access the parking area and then return the key afterward. This process was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. In addition, the bathroom drain was clogged, which was unpleasant and should have been addressed before our arrival.

Very friendly staff. Tan and Robert were very helpful. Very good breakfast for your money. Clean, well cared for hotel. Parking garage at end of the street that you pay the hotel for. Safe, nice location. 20 min walk to Koln Cathedral. Highly recommend!

Almost central location good night sleep and value for money The guy at the reception didn’t speak any English and he kept speaking German to us. A small fridge in the room would be appreciated

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our stuff there before check-in and after check-out, and to put a couple things in the fridge. They quickly resolved a bed issue (ensuring we had the reserved three separate beds, by dividing two that were joined and re-sheeting them as needed). Truly a comfortable place with a good overall feel to it. The area seemed like it would have been fun to explore more. In a summer heat wave, be aware that there is no air conditioning (as of July 2026) but there are fans. We got one fan for the room. Not necessarily a problem, but something to be aware of. Also, any extra towels should be requested during the day or ahead of time, the reception does not have access to towels when housekeeping isn't there.

Nice and friendly staff. I was able to check in early. Fans in the room were helpful. Could hear some street noice but overall was pretty quiet. Lots of dust on top of bathroom door frame. Shower set up was a little strange and easy to get water all over floor. A couple extra towels would have been nice.

Very poor quality for the money we paid. It should be 1 star Food was bad, sub standard, washroom was not good. We did not feel that we can use it.
