Nice building and room, good value for money, and the location is within walking distance of the city center. Self check out is convenient. There is no kettle as advertised. The shower hose had a leak. The shower needs a curtain. Fan is too small for hot nights. There is no lift in the building.

Unfortunately I had one of the worst 'welcomes' to a hotel I have ever experienced. I was greeted by an older gentleman who seemed rather suspicious and hostile towards me. After a long and tiring journey he had no words of welcome, he just looked me up and down, asked me where I was from, threw me a key and mocked my friendly attempt at speaking a couple of words in German. It wasn't a nice interaction.

Location is good and who likes to walk they can walk from hotel to Dom Room was so small and you were always hearing if someone next to your room just talk each other or on the phone

Excellent hotel for the price. The location is perfect. The staff are very attentive, kind, and polite—especially Mr. Vlad, who was extremely helpful. The previous staff member was also very good, although I don’t know their name. On the first day, they brought me the packages I had ordered in advance without me even needing to remind them. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast for Turkish guests, as the variety is quite limited.

It's pretty easy access to get to the Messe No staff late on and had to get in myself. A lot of steps as I was in room 13. Also no safe in room so had to carry my valuables with me everywhere. A sign saying not to clean room would be good. Very basic room
