Cigar smell in the bathroom
-
A good basic twin room, self check in with no staff on site. Convenient location for train station.
-
The location is great. No elevator.
-
easy check-in, best location in Cologne
-
Low security!!!! at about 4 am some random guys, were not guests, were smoking marijuana behind the door of my room. WTF? the main entrance is always open.
-
Just location The property was very dirty and the building had a strong unpleasant smell. Our room was not ready at check-in time and we had to wait about 20 minutes with our luggage. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. The speaker mentioned in the listing was missing, the TV was not working properly, and no water was provided. Also, communication was difficult because the staff did not speak English well.
-
Very conveniently located, but hard to figure out where the entrance was. There was no one to check you in, and when I got there, there was over four different groups of people who had not received their entrance code to get inside the building or their room number is including our ourselves

Nothing

only the location was nice The room was freezing. The heater wasn't working. They didn't even try to find a solution. No matter how nice a hotel is, it loses all its good qualities if it doesn't address its customers' problems.
-
The bunk bed rooms were cool and the location was great Check in was terrible. The rooms weren’t ready. The stuff struggled to communicate

Value for money is not there. At 80-90 euros per night it would’ve made sense. Not 200.
-
Room was great, the shower was a little tight but we made it work. Check in process was not working properly, took a while for someone to come assist but we finally got it done. 40 minutes give or take to get the code to get in.
-
Perfect location for the Christmas Markets I rented 3 rooms. One room had a shower door that would open less than halfway making it difficult to use. One room had a tv that didn’t work.
-
Sadly, the staffless entry thing wasn't working when we arrived. But the room itself was nice and big, with a balcony overlooking the road only a block from the station, and two from the cathedral. The door system could have worked.

The self-check in is a bit complicated, it takes a bit to actually get through the system. Also, there are two entrances, and if you get a room in the 900s, you have to go look for the other entrance. The worst part though - the stairs. The staircase is narrow, there's no elevator. If you have anything bigger than a backpack with you, it's highly inconvenient and difficult to get to the room.
-
Such a convenient location for an early train departure. Next to the Cologne Cathedral. The stairs! An elevator would have been nice. Did not like the self check in. The process should be explained ahead of time.

Location is perfect, smart tv is a plus. I like the modern look. Big shower. Coffee maker is also nice. Bed was comfy and soundproof windows work. But you hear the noise outside the door. Good value for money. Shower temperature was not consistent, I know there is no elevator but it is a hassle to bring a suitcase up to the top floor.

5 floor without lift by hands we took luggage up

The beds were generously sized and comfy. The Wi-Fi was quick and responsive. The street was quiet at night, and the room is adequately isolated. The position is perfect to grab something to eat without having to walk a long distance. The room could be entered only after 13:00, which is usual, but the information was not communicated clearly through the spell-checking system they provide as the only mean of entering. When checking-in, we had to pay a city tax that was not included in the Booking price. In the room, the information on how to access the Wi-Fi, were unclear. We only discovered later that there was no lift, and we were on the 3rd floor. It was written in the description, so it is our fault ? The stairs were tiny and cumbersome to climb with a suitcase.
