The staff was very friendly. The room is clean. It was really quiet at night! There is a TV with Netflix and cable channels. There is no fridge in a room or on the floor. But it was such a minor complain, doesn't change the fact – overall experience is amazing!

Hotels near central train stations are often pretty poor but this was very pleasant and good value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming - it has the feel of a family business. The room was quite big and clean, and the bathroom/shower was good. We were able to keep our touring bikes in the garage, accessed through the hotel. No breakfast available, but free tea and coffee in the morning. You can get good pastries and rolls at the bakery just around the corner and take them back to eat in the hotel garden. The location is perfect - two minutes to the station and very close to the cathedral and the rest of the city centre.

- great location: just a short walk from the haupbahnhof - staff: i met three old men during my stay, all of them were very nice and professional - room: small, really, but clean and nice view. I asked for a room which did not look directly to another building’s wall, and he gave me a fourth floor (3rd in Germany) which looked at a tall tree. - shared toilet and bathroom: also clean. My designated toilet/bath close to my room so it’s convenient. As a woman, i tried to have shower day time, when there were fewer people in the hotel. - backdoor garden: a very nice and flower-y one. May be because it was spring when I was there. It was nice sitting there and having lunch. - the curtain in my room fell halfway. I did not like my curtain half open at night - bathroom next door: it is an advantage but also a drawback. I can use toilet anytime, quick (good for a woman solo travel), but since I did not have a good and deep night sleep (my own problem) I heard people using the toilet and it disturbed me.

Location is very central, parking available if reserved in advance and one of the spots is free.

Nothing they have very bad service

Staff. I had a very disturbing experience during my stay. At around 1 AM, someone knocked very aggressively on my door. The person did not initially identify themselves clearly as hotel staff, which was extremely concerning and unsettling in the middle of the night. Being woken up by someone who does not properly introduce themselves made me feel unsafe. The person claimed there was a problem with my reservation and insisted it could not wait until the morning. There was no emergency situation. I was forced to open the door and show my booking confirmation at 1 AM. After checking, they realized there was actually no issue and simply left. This situation was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. Guests should never be disturbed at such an hour unless it is an actual emergency, and staff should always properly identify themselves before asking a guest to open the door. This experience caused significant stress and made me question the hotel’s internal organization and security procedures.

The location, the price with parking lots, clean room with a sink and clean shared bathrooms. Plus free coffee and tea in the morning.

Super comfortable room and bed! Friendly staff

All good

Very friendly and helpful staff, who had no problem with a late check-in. Two shared bathrooms per floor of 8/9 rooms seems too little - although that said I didn't have to wait to use one

Location, cleanliness. Good value for the money. We were made aware (when we checked-in) that they were not able to hold our luggage after check-out. Minor inconvenience. Being so close to the station that was not a big problem.

They said they close on Sunday.everytime when I leave I needed to give the keys to them.So dummy. And they also don't have free parking.its with reservation.and always full

Staff is not helpful. Request to change bathroom rugs that was damp and dirty was not granted citing them being understaffed. Not helpful, even with luggage or any assistance whatsoever. Amenities were also not refilled. Also, a blackout curtain will be helpful for better rest.

The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean, cozy, and larger than I expected. There was enough space to open my suitcase comfortably. And to my surprise, the cup in the washbasin area was an individually wrapped plastic cup, which made me feel reassured about cleanliness. The location was also very convenient, close to the station. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cologne. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I could hear people talking in the nearby rooms, but that’s common in many places, so it didn’t bother me.

We also had a balcony, to our surprise. Nice and friendly staff. Sadly there was no breakfast option. <|3

Super kind stuff, great location! , value for money therefore 5 start from me. Overall cleanness was good. Yet it can be perfect if they pay more attention to the details; the room was clean yet there were dust pile overlooked in between the wall and the table.
