Great location, staff were friendly ans super helpful. Used Laundry Service ans it was very quick ans efficient. Room was hot with no aircon. Breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

The breakfast was good. The staff were lovely. There was no air conditioning and the window couldn't be left open because there was roadworks going on through the night.

Very close to the train station. Clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very compact rooms with tiny bathroom and very basic breakfast.

- friendly staff, very kind and polite - perfect location, 2 mins from Cologne Hbf station, 5 mins to Rhein river bank, 5 mins to Don - got a TV for entertainment - wasn’t very clean and tidy - no aircon so it was bit sweating at night with recent weather - there was no kettle or else in the room

Great location right by the central station. A basic hotel but very clean, great staff and good breakfast Felt on the expensive side but appreciate that we stayed in high season on an ultra busy weekend

Room good size, Shower was not draining and we were given a plunger. Otherwise all good. We were able to leave our bicycles in a secure courtyard as we were on a cycling holiday. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. Location right next to Koln/Cologne Train Station perfect for our needs. Shower didn't drain.

Everything was good. Staff friendly. Near to train station and cologne cathedral. Provided table fan. It will be excellent if had air conditioner.

Incredibly convenient for the main station and for a visit to the Cathedral. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast for the price and location. The rooms are quite basic but if you are just needing to break a journey or make a quick visit to Cologne they are clean and adequate.

So close to the cathedral. Close to the train station. Close to an excellent bakery. 2 fans. 6th floor. Small Elevator went to 5th. Excellent breakfast. Nice people. Good shower Hairdryer was old and didn’t work well.

Outstanding location right next to the main railway station. Adequate room with all the basics in place. Comfortable beds. Black out curtains. Decent breakfast No cappuccino available as no coffee machine in the restaurant. No coffee maker in the rooms
