Prevôt Restaurant & Hotel

Curtain and window with spiderwebs. The elevator is not working so more challenging for the room at the third floor. No water kettle in the room so requested one, which was full of chalks so the boiled water tasted sandy. Not making the room in between during the 2-day stay.

Very convenient for the station and all the eateries along the river front. Modern, quiet and room of adequate size. Restaurant very convenient and good value. No complaints

Location near the River. Lovely view! The bier garden was on a sand surface so wearing sandals was not easy

staff was extremely friendly, especially Katya who went out of her way to help and assist. the location is SUPERB, in the altstad and very close to everything, so walking distance, which was super nice.... the hotel is beautiful! our toilet wasn't working properly and they were not able to fix that. also, internet wasn't very good, Netflix didn't work and because the tv was a bit outdated we couldn't 'cast' onto the tv with our mobile devices.

I liked the room and the view from the third floor. I stayed in room 30 with a view to the boardwalk. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was a good size. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard, phone, shelves etc. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. It was very expensive for such a small hotel with limited amenities

Would’ve loved some sort of water fill station other than the bathroom faucet. A little on the pricier side. Clean but lots of scratches on the wall and some dusty spots in the room.

Staff were fabulous, food options were great. Room was great and spacious, location was spor on.

The location was great to get to the central tourist attarctions. Right below the main Christmas market and Cathedral and within walking distance of the Chocolate Museum and other markets. Service in the restaurant was quick.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking Hotel Prevot when staying in Cologne! Nothing we could change.

Location nice Entrance was odd and really not much of a front desk. They essentially checked you in a restaurant

Noise from next-building construction.

I liked the location, it’s a block from the cathedral, it’s right on the river and next to a bunch of restaurants, and retail stores close by as well. Location is perfect! The rug in the main lobby, elevator and stairs smell like old and dirty. The room is dark, the giant pillow is not as comfortable as having regular pillows. The hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel and it says that on the website as well……but this a nothing but a 3-star hotel. It’s perfect for a 3-star hotel…..but don’t present yourself as a 4-star when it has none of the 4-star requirements. So it’s a bit deceiving.

This boutique hotel is a nicely remodeled old town house, located within old town, in front of the Rhine river and walking distance to key attractions such as Kolner Dome, museums, and theaters. The rooms were comfortable. We tried the food at all times of the day and it was fantastic ! The staff, Julia, Nadine and Jenny were all great ! This hotel is strongly recommended for a cute, nice stay. All was great!

Beautiful hotel in a great location with secure parking.

Location was perfect for our three night stay! In heart of old town, riverside, cathedral just behind. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. Loved the modern decor. Comfortable beds (including sofa bed that was plenty big enough for our 14 and 12 year old). Spacious bathroom with bath that both the kids enjoyed. Seperate shower and seperate toilet. Loved that they provided coffee machine and replaced capsules each day. Staff were super friendly. We drove to Cologne and there were plenty of paid car parking options nearby at a reasonable price.
