Location ok

Location & hotel in common areas. Twin beds are youth size, adults do not fit well on them. Staff is extremely.rude. The AC was broke in our room and leaked all over our stuff. They said they would fix it but lied. The next night was the same. Then they moved us to a room where the AC didn’t work when we told them they just said no speak English, then it works. It was so hot, I did not sleep 2 nights in a row. Breakfast is so bad you can not eat it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible, super small shot size glass for water/ juice …it was hard to believe they even make this size for human consumption or maybe was mixed with doll house kitchen supplies… low quality served food in line with low quality across the board with the hotel, so no surprise there …. Outdated furniture, old and smelly …..screaming to be replaced decades ago!

Convenient location, nice looking lobby. We have stayed in many hotels over the years. This one will be somewhat memorable, in the wrong way. In this one, we experienced a very surly, unhappy (one) front desk staff with terrible customer service skills. She tried to over-charge us for changing rooms and argued with her coworker who thankfully did the right thing. She cursed us in Spanish because we didn’t want two small, stinky rooms (2) that were barely larger than a closet. Old, dirty, stinky area rugs in tiny rooms. No acknowledgement or apology (for the rank odor) from the staff, as though this was normal. The property is poorly maintained and managed. The pool had no functioning water features, pool tiles were missing and paint was chipped and missing on the walls. You can’t serve your own breakfast. Staff place items on your tiny 6 inch plate like you are a child. You cannot touch any cups, saucers, etc. Drinking glasses were ~2 ounces, almost like shot glasses! The orange juice tasted spoiled. Feces odor coming from under the hallway tiles, shower drain and toilet, after flushing only water. This is your typical rundown hotel (est. 1928), which is struggling to stay open by scrimping on costs anyway they can. I tried to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused after settling in, but the surly lady treated me like dirt. Not sure that the staff cared about the quality of our stay. No A/C in the main areas of the hotel (lobby, hallways, restaurant), so mosquitoes were everywhere; front lobby door was always open. Since most guests probably stay only one night, the staff really do not seem to care about one’s stay. Terrible experience. This hotel is not suitable for Booking.com or any other reputable hotel-booking platform.

The staff at the front desk, especially Lila and her grandson were both TERRIFIC..So sweet. helpful, and accommodating. The room was sooo very comfortable, breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean..slept 11 hours 1st nigjt..guess I needed it. Regret not being able to use either of the pools or gym...too much to see! LOVED EVERYTHING about this place..very attractive and well maintained. Wish they had 1 TV news station in English.

The hotel was ideally suited to walk to the local attractions, bars and restaurants. The hotel was also a short walk from the ferry terminal. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and in a good state. The breakfast was limited in choice for hot food, but plenty of cakes and pastries to be fair.

Location ok, near the ferry port. The breakfast. You had to ask the staff behind the counter for everything. Clumsy! Only the coffee was self-service. Small room, no power outlets.

Very nice

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great! We appreciated the heated leche for our coffee! The pool area was very nice as well. We liked the location because of less traffic but still very walkable for everywhere we wanted to go. All the staff were very pleasant!

Easy to find, parking outside hotel, good facilities and walking distance from most places. Not there long enough to use the pool but looked lovely!

Great location, small but nice room, pool!

Pool was great, staff was pretty nice in general, there were some decent breakfast options. The room was very tiny, there was a bug in the room, and the breakfast was weird. We had to choose a one hour window when we could have breakfast, and the staff had to ask our room number when we got to the dining room, and they had to give us everything we wanted, we were not able to serve ourselves. It felt a little uncomfortable
