Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites

The staff was great when checking in. The gentleman was helpful and really nice. The staff checking out (early AM) wasn’t great but I get it after being up all night. The meals are great. The location is perfect

Hotel was in a great location for all the sights and the breakfast was wonderful every morning. Highly recommend! Big rooms, refrigerator, microwave and small stove top, coffee and tea, ice machine down the hall, blackout curtains. Everything was great!

Room was big , it actually had the washer and dryer inside the room. Clean , breakfast was good, staff very helpful.

David at check in was very welcoming and kind. He explained extra things about the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. There is ample free parking. It is convenient to downtown, Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. I would absolutely stay again.

I have stayed in alot of hotel in past years but so far BW was the best plus they have the most amazing breakfast no wonder it was so full .. I will be coming back

Very clean. No issues with anything in the room. Breakfast was fantastic every morning (we stayed 3 nights). Pool was your normal rectangle indoor pool- kids still enjoyed it. A good chunk of the parking lot was on gravel. So if you had to park out there and trek luggage in that was inconvenient and bug to deal with. Breakfast always tasted great but our last day there, Friday, there was an older woman with blonde hair serving behind the line who was extremely hateful to all the guests. Shoving plates at them, rolling her eyes, it made it extremely uncomfortable to ask for anything.

Room was very clean and roomy. Hotel is across the street from food and close to attractions like Garden of the Gods.

Great staff clean easy off on interstate. Food options all around hotel and food in hotel very good.

Room was so spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. They saved us from a rental gone wrong with no air conditioning. Great location!
