Clean room. Nice bed. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The evening crew was a different story. We requested an extra pillow and blanket and were told that we could “come down and get it myself.” The extra blanket was a very old looking, not very soft army type blanket. The guy at the front desk said that people steal those blankets so they can’t give us nice ones. That was a first for me. They have a little snack section by the front desk, but the options are not very good. I did not work out at the gym, but it did not look like a very good gym. It is conveniently located by some restaurants and there is a Maverick across the street which is nice. Really good location for going to Manitou Springs or into Colorado Springs downtown area.

Nothing that I did not like. Happy hour at the bar was great. Everything was clean and well explained when checking in. Would recommend staying here. I will stay here again.

$50 for each pet, so we had to pay $100 breakfast.\n Was nice, but ostentatious there was a spot on the rug in a room.

The room is good and clean, but shampoo/conditioner/body wash are so small/little in the small bottles, hard to get out. The breakfast has count with service ladies that they gave only small portion and I as a slim women has to get 2nd round. The second morning they even run out of some products around 8:30am. The good thing is that they have filtered water station that people could get drinking water.

Location was perfect for all the activities we did: garden of the gods, pikes peak, royal gorge, manitou springs, more. Breakfast was adequate. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center. The room was clean but they will only do house keeping every other day-something they neglect to advertise. And we didn’t get house keeping on our second day so I had to get after the front desk.

We loved this place! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was also amazing which elevated the experience! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Colorado Springs!

Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was amazing, tons of options and different variety each day. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to manitou springs and the Garden of the Gods. Lots of good places to eat that are close to this area I can’t think of anything.
