Worst motel we’ve ever stayed in and we will never stay there again.
-
double charged my account, terrible neighborhood, unattentive staff

When we pulled in we noticed high weeds growing in the sidewalks, the pool area was closed and in disarray. When we checked in we were told the ice machine was broken and there is no microwave or frig. in the room and there was a security deposit. They gave us a key. When we went to our room, it was beside two rooms that were taped off and one was boarded up because it had caught fire, blackened the whole area outside. The windows were filthy. The window to my room I rented also filthy and smeared. We opened the door, there were black spots and small burn holes on the white crumpled up comforters and it looked like someone had been on the bed, pillows tossed. Paint or something on the floor, curtain had black on it. We took pictures and demanded our money back. They didn't return our money for the room (had to fill out a request for refund) but we did get our deposit back. Expedia couldn't get the money back! Only the hotel can refund! So renter beware!!!

The bathroom sink and toilet were clogged. The air con was dirty and the air coming out of it was not good

People being real loud throughout the night, the room had a odor that didn't smell very good although the managers were really nice abs friendly.
-
They charged double the amount. The room was never cleaned. The beds had stains and cigarette burns all over them. Lights were missing, outlets were hanging out of the wall, sink would not drain. Customer service is located in another country that can not assist with anything.

The only positive I have to give is that they don't have carpet because I can only imagine how filthy those would have been! Tiny room that I'm assuming they converted from a single to a double bed situation. No breakfast, no coffee maker, fridge, microwave or ice machine but they did give you an ice bucket for some reason. Tv malfunctioned most of the 3 days. Ac barely worked enough to keep us cool. Pool not usable. Room door didn't shut/latch properly (extra lock loose too) and apparently was broken into at some point based on the scratches near the lock on the outside. Beds hard as a rock and made my back so sore I could barely walk. Blood stained sheets when we arrived then had the nerve to charge me $20 for "stained" sheets and towels that could easily be bleached clean! Housekeeping never asked if we needed anything. Also took so long to get into that our dog died of heat exhaustion. There was clearly a fire that's got most of the hotel shut down. Will never return. This place needs to be condemned and torn down. Honestly wish we'd used our money differently and slept in our vehicles. It would have been more comfortable!!

There was no fridge and no ice and no coffee but it was cheap and clean and comfortable for the night.

The lady in the lobby was absolutely wonderful. But the guy who checked me in gave me the wrong room when I booked for 1 bed oh and on the website, the pictures are not exactly as they are in person. False advertising lobby does not look exactly how it does on here and not as clean. You can tell the pictures are edited to make the building. Look nice. The homeless people they let hang around the building

Unclean rooms, Stained bed sheets and stained toilet seat. The rooms smell like cigarettes. It’s a horrific experience.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Hair in the sink. Shower was very dingy. A lot of Sketchy/Homeless people around. Needs to remodeled ASAP. It’s definitely not being taken care of. Small tv. No fridge or microwave. Wasn’t told about a deposit before booking but when I got there I was charged an extra 60 bucks for a deposit.

However, check in took about 30 min and we were the only ones checking in. Apparently there’s an issue with the system when you book through hotels.com, so much so, that my card was charged and refunded about three times. The place is DIRTY. The shower had hair on the floor, there was hair on the walls and some towels. No trash bin in the rooms. I had to push the door SO hard to get it to close, and there was wiring exposed where the lock is. Just pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

Didn’t stay at all. Awful

Ice machine was broke. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. But it was an inexpensive bed and shower.

Love the place
