Proximity to downtown Room was dilapidated, except for the newly remodeled shower enclosure.
-
Good place to stay mid-town, 2 miles from medical hospital central.

The room was clean. The a/c was loud, but efficient, so once the room was cooled down, I just turned it off. Staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was minimal (juice and granola bars) but better than nothing. Definitely would stay here again for the price. Rooms are not fancy but for a basic, economical motel, it was great. Walking distance to all the restaurants in the downtown area.

Room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Air conditioning was working great. Shower works well. But the pool needed to be cleaned up a bit and should verify what breakfast meant.

I got a pet friendly room that had trash all over the floor and dry dog poo left on the floorand the sheets were bloody the staff didn't care or address what the issues were

The rooms were clean and updated even though the motel looked older from the outside. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for the price. Very nice neighborhood.

The hotel is in a very privileged location in the city, 15 min walking to bars, restaurants, gyms. But for markets, laundrys and pharmacies, you should have car, because is a bit far to go walking. There are plenty of spots in the parking lot, which is good, but none of them are covered. The room is large and the bathroom is good as well. The place was fine for the price: it was very quiet, the water in the sink and the shower was hot, so it was great. I would stay again if I went there by work again, because of the price and the location. There was something in the room that made me a little bit sick throughout the night, so I woke up every single day with my throat sore and caughing. Other than that, the cleanliness of the room wasn't that good, beacuse one could find a lot of hair (not mine) in the floor, bed and bathroom. Some towels were alittle bit dirty as well, right after changing them for new ones. One other bad thing was that in the Booking website was stated that the hotel offered breakfast, which they do not. They serve only some snacks (marshmallow rice or cereal bars), dark coffee and orange juice. I was really disappointed with that, because everyday I had to go somewhere else to have breakfast. The wifi was also bad! Sometimes I had to use mobile carrier internet, because the wifi wasn't working properly.

Location Poor internet services, most of staff not friendly

Econolodge CS Downtown was great. Good proximity to Colorado College for parents and new student orientation. Room was clean and as advertised. Bathroom was great.
-
Great location. Very clean, quiet, economical "no frills" room near downtown CSprings and Colorado College. Just what I need for my occasional short visits. Lots of dual use plugs (traditional and internet). Appreciated that I could get handicapped parting right outside my room Complimentary breakfast shown on Booking, Com is almost nonexistent. Could use higher wattage light bulbs in room lights and another outlet in the bathroom.

They advertise Congenital breakfast but they only have

Not much... The location, parking, walk to the room, the bed & the shower sucked! If I wasn't so tired and it wasn't so late I'd have left the property ASAP! Pass on this place. Also, $50 cash deposit required at check in... for a piece of crap room!! No breakfast as advertised, only some granola bars...

Great location and excellent value. Also enjoyed the pool!! Very nice staff.

It was easy to get to and the room was clean. The pool was small but nice and clean. Well it said that they had breakfast however all it was was coffee or juice and granola bars. Also only had one table with 2 chairs. Not really breakfast at all.

1st room was bad. Hair on bed and cracked floor (tripping hazard, risking a foot cut). 2nd room was the "model room". Musky smell, 2 towels had red lip stick residue. We slept and left. Grateful to be given this room after the first bad room but it seemed as though this room was clean but not cleaned recently.
