Furniture in the suite was marginal and uncomfortable! Furniture in lobby was soiled/stained, and decor was dated. Staff was a perfect 10!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful contact with getting car in time...it was unusual and not as efficient without a telephone

loved the room and huge windows! The room was not square but had fun shower room and bathroom. I had a small request to fix a wrinkle in the rug and it was taken care of right away! good service. No full mirrors no towel rack in the room with sink. Talked briefly with a woman bartender who was less than friendly.

We loved this property and the location. It was an easy drive to garden of the gods and pikes peak. I wish the spa would have been open as we wanted to get massages for our anniversary. The room was very clean and cute! The front desk was also super helpful and nice. We loved the coffee as well. The only complaint I have is the bar using pre made can cocktails for some of their drinks.

Awesome, friendly and patient staff. Really cool ambiance. I'd like to see just plain old coffee readily available at the coffee bar. Like a pump pot, standing in line for fancy drinks totally ok. But regular drip coffee should be quickly attainable.

It was a very charming hotel. Love the Lobby area and just enjoyed playing games down there and people watching. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very quaint.
