STELLAR service from every emplyee we encountered. I read reviews before choosing this hotel, I have no idea why folks complained about having difficulty figuring out where to go from the parking garage, it was simple for us. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay here again without a second thought.

Very good

The hotel changed my room choice at arrival. I was made to feel I was getting an upgrade. The room was clean, but minimal. The only seating in the room was the bed and an office chair. I had chose a room with a couch. It seemed they over booked and were scrambling to find rooms for guests.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast staff constantly were cleaning tables, and restocking food. The hotel changed my room choice at arrival. I was made to feel I was getting an upgrade. We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is newly built, modern, and very clean. Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was good! Didn’t have time to check out the restaurant, maybe next time!

The pool is smaller than pictured. We did not use the hot tub because the water was very cloudy. Pool was great for kids, though pool deck looked old/unclean. We could not get the WiFi to work on any device even after creating an account. Front desk was no help. Parking was an issue, on their website there is not crucible size restrictions or info about the lot. It’s an extra $21 a day and your vehicle has to be under 8 feet, so we had to find street parking. Breakfast in the morning was good with a lot of variety. They did add a $5.41 food tax at check which was annoying after already paying the night before. It worked because it was last minute but would find somewhere else if needed in the future.
-
Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.

The hotel staff were very helpful and professional. Loved the easy location in downtown Colorado Springs which was close to everything.
-
Nice hotel but very much for business. They allow dogs but are not dog friendly. There is not really anywhere good to walk the dog. There are no dog stations. Breakfast was good.
-
Breakfast was terrible and the room wasnt reasy on time. They scanned our credit card 3 times also.
-
Great place to stay! Easy and easy out, clean with friendly staff

Booked the hotel after other plans fell through. The hotel was clean and cozy. Rooms were great and very clean. The location was within walking distance of different food spots and very close to Manitou Incline. Will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.
-
The rooms are spacious with plenty of space to spread out and relax, sleep, or work if needed. There are plenty of outlets/usb plugs to charge all your devices. The beds are comfortable. The AC is effective but quiet, so perfect for sleep. The refrigerator and microwave are perfect for longer stays. The firepit in the courtyard are cozy areas to rest outside.

Despite having a prepaid confirmation, the hotel was overbooked when I arrived at 10:30 PM after a long journey from the UK. Without any prior warning of the cancellation, they transferred me to the nearby Antlers Hotel, which was not of a comparable standard. As a lone female traveler, it was not ideal to finally get into a room at midnight. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund.
