Found medical needles under the bed. Burn holes in pillow cases and bed sheets. Bathroom was smelly. Floor was covered in hair and dirt. Tv didn't have any channels. Only two "pillows" per bed and they weren't even full pillows, they were more like rolled up blankets in a pillowcase. Place smelled like smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room. I wouldn't even call it a hotel, it was a motel and not even the bottom line standard of cleanliness or comfort. Left after a couple hours because we were felt unsafe and uncomfortable there.

Spent a couple hours in this hotel before deciding to check out and getting a different one for the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend

The staff was quite friendly. Room was clean. I booked two rooms through a 3rd party, both were to have 2 queen beds. Only rooms available when we checked in around 5 pm was a room with one king bed and one with two full beds (which were claimed as queens). It was quite inconvenient to not get what we booked, but the manager was otherwise pleasant and helpful, so for the price not a bad place.

Love this place. The air conditioner in room 214 wasn’t working, and somehow the floor was heating up the room as well as the air outside. The sink in that room has some kind of pressure issue and starts loudly vibrating now and then.

Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be staying there ever

parking is off one of the busier streets in town, there's a heavy homeless presence in the area* not all of them are friendly...

I liked the cheap rate and proximity to where I wanted to be in town. I never got to check in. There was nobody working, nobody answered the phone numbers I was told to call. Booking.com prompted me to specify my check-in time and I got a response from the hotel stating that would be fine. They knew I had a reservation, they confirmed my time was okay, and then nobody was there. Very frustrating, but Booking.com didn't give me any trouble getting a refund.

The bathroom faucet didn't work well and we got no new toilet rolls, thank God we brought our own. The air conditioning didn't work and the place over all was kinda of sketchy. But for the price I guess it was expected.

I was waiting for check in. I was with a friend and we were sitting on the stairs rolling up. Then I 2as accused of being a drug dealer. I am Front Desk Lead at Kinship. So I would never do anything to put 1. Myself in danger 2. Your property in danger. The manager said "I will refund you stay". So literally, I paid to be insulted. And wasn't able to stay in the hotel. And then still haven't gotten the refund that management promised me. I would get. I would have gladly stayed in my own hotel but we were almost full. I was styling because I had to work at 1am to cover Night Audit at my hotel. So I wanted to be closer than my house is to both Kinship and N. F. I will give a shout out to the couple that were in 5he room right next to the office. They were really nice and understanding.

Absolutely deplorable
-
Room was generally clean. No garbage can in room or bathroom. No hand soap. Employee was nice.

A friend went by the next day and said the same thing. The photos online are not what it looks like in real time. Definitely a case of false advertising. I lost $100 on the room- non refundable but I’m okay with it. I wasn’t comfortable staying overnight.
