The junior queen suite is not a suite . It is a room with a regular size bed very difficult to get into and out of. I had to upgrade to a king to have a comfortable night

Well designed, thoughtfully planned independent hotel with a full restaurant, bar, and lots of cozy area to spend time. Our room was comfortable, well designed, and cozy. We appreciated the eco- and community focused vibe. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kinship Landing. The rooms are modern and immaculate. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was a relief to return to an air conditioned room at the end of a long day in the sun. I travelled with my teen son and the bed and loft bunk orientation was perfect for us. The staff is very nice and accommodating too. We had some rental gear shipped to the hotel and they were lovely about receiving it and holding it for our arrival. It was a very nice additional perk to have Homa Cafe to look to for coffee and meals. Breakfast was delicious.

Bed too low. Hard for older people to get out of. Noise on street side. Inability to charge food to room. Food was Great

Everyone is nice and the place is great!

The hotel is attached to a wonderful Cafe serving what I think is very good coffee. The hotel is also minutes from all the major attractions like Garden of the Gods, Red Canyon, Pike's Peak and great restaurants.

Additionally, the shower pressure was extremely low, turning what should have been a refreshing experience into an inconvenience. Basic amenities and comfort are important when traveling, and this fell short of expectations. What was most disappointing, however, was the staff’s lack of helpfulness. When we raised concerns and asked for assistance, we were met with little effort to resolve the issues or provide alternative solutions. Customer service can often make up for property shortcomings, but unfortunately that was not the case here. The hotel has potential, but improvements to the guest experience, facility maintenance, and staff responsiveness are needed before I would consider staying again.

Staff was excellent, rooms were very nice, food was delicious, great coffee and bar area. Great place we thought. Parking lot people need a Xanax or a cup of patience. In the time it took to walk in, check in, walk to the room, there was a Ticket/Not-Ticket left on the windshield as a reminder to pay. Nice gesture, maybe wait more than ten minutes?

Ice clean hotel with hospitable staff.

Restuarant was perfect. Food choices were great. Location great. Staff was great. Slept really well. Cozy. We will stay there again.

The location was walkable to everything in Downtown Colorado Springs. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The building is next to the main road. Road traffic is very loud in the room. The bathroom also has a barn door which reduces on privacy.

Everything was great across the board

The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a different motel but when we arrived it was terrible and decided to try kinship and it was the best decision!

You gotta pay $20 a day in parking, didn’t like how they did not do any
-

Beautiful and cozy, walking distance to a lot of things. Bar and restaurant on the first floor was great! The only downside was no designated guest parking and paying $19 a day to park
-
clean, comfortable room, good bar, friendly staff

Lovely boutique hotel. European vibes. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Great location to the Olympic Training Center which is why we are in town but also convent to Pikes Peake, Manitou Springs and downtown Colorado Springs. Would 10000% stay here again.
