The staff was great but this is about the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The tv spontaneously turned on at 1:25am. This hotel is in a sketchy part of town - would not recommend

Great breakfast, excellent location (except for the traffic noise), loved our balcony and large bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was disappointed that there was not a closet in the room. Sink was not in bathroom. Platform bed not optimal for older people. Would have liked an outlet on both sides of bed

    Very good

When I stayed in this hotel, I guess they had an issue with housekeeping and in the five nights that I stayed there nobody cleaned my room once. I did ask for clean towels and a water kettle that worked and fresh coffee, and the front desk staff assured me that they would bring it, but for various reasons that didn’t happen. They genuinely seemed under staffed. I noticed they cleaned the trash cans in my room but never gave me new towels. Weird. I will say, though that the front desk staff was incredibly kind and nice and accommodating. The food was ok - not amazing. The hotel is in a good area, but there are many many unhoused people all around the hotel and even who sit on the hotel property. I think I would’ve just appreciated a bit more communication about the housekeeping issue and attention to getting fresh items. The room is loud. The ac is loud, the fridge is loud and if you stay on the 4th floor - the HVAC unit is INSANELY loud. I did pay over $250 a night and I just felt like it was kind of more of a glorified Hampton Inn rather than an amazing boutique hotel. I personally probably wouldn’t stay again. Shout out to Kimberly at the front who was so nice!

    Exelent

Beautiful hotel with a great view of the mountains. The downtown surrounding area has its challenges however. I would stay again, probably not solo.

On site coffee Super small room. Very expensive for have a nasty stain on the bed! I work at hotel! This is not acceptable

    Great location.

It was suppose to be a room with 2 queen size beds and it was only one as far as I could tell. No ice buckets to get ice but did call and someone from the kitchen brought a couple glasses of ice to the elevator for us. So they were trying to be accommodating. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful.

The room was very unique with a garage door that opens to create an open air space and we had a nice view of the mountains. Although if you are a light sleeper you might want to sleep on the other side away from the street noise. The restaurant at the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Kinship Landing. The place is on an excellent location, the food was delicious and the staff were great. The room was smaller than we thought it would be. You couldn’t sit and relax in the room and climbing in and out of the lower bed was a little cumbersome. Minimalism definitely part of the design.

It was very loud from the street noise and we didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It was nice, in the middle of town and easy to walk to places

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Everything was great except the fitted sheet did not fit well and kept coming off at the corners

    Exceptional

This is a different kind of hotel. It seemed to serve as a hostle too. They offered the bare essential amenities and lacked useful places to unpack and store suitcases. There were no hangers or closet space to speak of. The staff was outstanding and helpful. Food and beverage quality was great.

Staff was absolutely lovely and kind! We came for 1 night with our 3 kids fresh off a 5 hour flight and hour+ ride and it was a perfect choice. Kids were able to unwind outside and we did as well. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Kimberly and co!

Our room was small but nice. Restaurant downstairs was great. Cool place. Would stay again.
