Modern Motel

It was fine. It's not a luxury place to stay but for a place to stay and sleep it was fine. A few strange things were refrigerator that didn't really fit in a place, used shams for pillow covering instead of pillowcases. Minor things.

The room was not remodeled like the one shown in the pictures. There were cigarette burns in the carpet and bedding.

Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was awesome. Would absolutely stay there again.

The room was clean and smelled good. The ac in room 202 kept freezing up on us and never stayed cold. The water pressure is terrible and it goes from hot to cold about every two minutes which caused me to get burned. Staff are helpful and nice.

The title of this review is 'Nah.' Do the opposite of Nike—Just Don't Do It. Thankfully it was just one night.

We did not end up staying. We had multiple encounters in the parking lot while unloading the car: people panhandling, staring us down, smoking right outside of our room. There was a mixup with our room where they tried to give us a smaller room than I reserved and paid for. The room next to that was being repaired because someone had "vandalized" it. The staff were really friendly but we did not feel safe staying here. We were not given a refund.

Maybe put air fresheners so it can smell good inside but it was okay to stay there for 2 nights

The motel was a good value for the money air conditioning works well the place was very quiet for being on a main road.

They were closed and couldn't check in and they said I was a no show and no refund available. This place is a scam

I appreciate the clean room and a working ac. The person who checked me in, Heather I believe, was helpful, friendly and quick.

The manager was nice and the room was good for the value If staff would stay later

No cold water in the kitchen sink or shower. Dog poop in the outdoor area.

Hipster place in an area that's up & coming. Nice brewpub around the corner. I'd stay there again.

We got to the property and we tried putting in our pin and it was not working. While we were putting in the pin all the people who live there and were outside were staring at us. We did not feel safe at all that we took it as a sign that our code didn’t work and we left. We booked another hotel. This is not the place to stay. It’s budget friendly but you’d be better off spending more money to feel safe somewhere else.

Great value

Rooms were decent, pretty clean but the entire hotel is taken over by homeless. Tons of people living at the hotel, just sitting all around outside. Drug deals going on all night,people yelling slamming doors, not to mention just standing outside our door. Rooms come with codes to unlock no deadbolt inside, did not feel safe.

What a horrible place, the only good thing about this place is the people at their front desk. Everything else was disgusting, the smells, the restrooms, the room itself.. nope! I ended up going somewhere else.
