Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs/Air Force Academy

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Hampton Inn & Suites is very conveniently located close to the Air Force Academy, several other hotels, and restaurants. Check-in was efficiently quick, staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are as you would expect from Hampton Inn & Suites: well equipped, practical, and average-sized. The kids enjoyed the big indoor pool and the outdoor spa. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was very similar to what you get in other hotels of the same category in the United States - not necessarily what all Europeans expect and like, but what you get used to in the US. No complaints - this was as expected. Note that you are about 10 minutes away from downtown Colorado Springs, and that traffic gets intense.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, pool was nice and clean, and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is in good condition and clean. While it might need some repairs in the rooms itself, my Main priority is always a clean room and bathroom and this hotel hit the mark. Breakfast was ok, they have oatmeal, toast, juices, good coffee, bacon, potatoes and fake eggs lol. The waffle machines are awesome says my 11year old. Overall it was a comfortable stay and will be back if we are ever in town.

Nice place to stay.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot morning breakfast. The lady who checked us in was also very pleasant. The room and facilities felt clean as well. It was also very quiet. The complimentary hot water for making tea was lukewarm. The daily housekeeping wasn't consistent. The first day our beds weren't made. The hot tub also had very little water and didn't look inviting.

We had a room with a sofa sleeper, the sofa sleeper mattress needs to be replaced. Overall good stay

I enjoyed my stay in Colorado Springs. The room was clean every day. The staff was helpful. I t was very comfortable. I stayed Thursday through Monday.

Good hotel

I only stood one night and had to leave early in the morning before I could get the free breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room, asthey were shortstaffed that day and the rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival, so I had to wait.
