The employees were constantly harassing guests with their walkie talkies. A few guests booked rooms in the hotel to interfere with police investigations. The police were at the hotel every other day. The hotel had plumbing issues and they were constantly getting hacked by cyber criminals. The employees did not reach out to their IT vendor and many were fired.

Clean-ish, but you can tell the bedding/ towels are old and need replacing. Overall the place is an acceptable place to stay, just don't expect extras or to be impressed. Zero amenities are offered. Very bare bones

Very basic hotel. No amenities in the bathrooms or lobby. No coffee makers. Has a small kitchen area but no dishes or pots and pans in the room. Front desk is not open a lot of the time.

The guests and their friends were very loud. The employees were very rude when I reported plumbing issues and some crimes. One of the hotel doors was vandalized and the police had to keep coming to the door. Some of the hotel employees became angry when I reported the crimes to law enforcement.

Some of the staff, guests, and their friends were very rude. Police and fire department were constantly at the location. I think some of the employees were fired. I reported a plumbing issue but don't think it was ever fixed and my reports were ignored.

The price and location were good. The staff were pretty nice. The staff seemed The room was cleaned up but there were spots missed in the bathroom and near the couch. The elevator was broken and the stairs were partially under construction.

It was well maintained on the outside and the room seemed clean but had a terrible odor. Also we weren’t supplied with toilet paper or hand towels and no had to go buy them because front desk closed at 8pm. I also had to buy air freshener to tolerate the smell.

Nothing. We arrived late in the evening after a concert and were told that they overbooked and we did not have a room at the property. They did not offer any assistance just told us we were S.O.L.

When you see the property on the web page it’s rated as an excellent.our beds were squeaky the rooms was not that clean and all the comments from the other guest were lots of weird people living there I do not recommend it if you have a family and kids around.
-
The room was clean and everything worked. However, getting checked in was difficult as hotel staff was not near the front desk and per note on the desk to call a number to get checked in required three attempts before someone picked up

Did not have breakfast. Not much. I had asked for a couch with a retaining wall for privacy. The couch was a love seat and and not comfortable to sleep. The door handle to the bathroom was gross. The under sheet of the bed was nasty.

Good value for one nights stay. Convenient to have kitchen essentials for cooking options. Full fridge and comfortable bed. Room was clean for the value, and good location for where we were traveling. We were unfortunate to experienced someone in another room burning food that caused upheaval. Fire department had to come out and smoke was an issue. The next day elevator was shut down so we had to go down 4 flights of stairs with our luggage, which wasnt fun. Made for a bit of a hectic turn of events, but I'm assuming it doesnt happen often?

We were left to scramble around and find a room at 10:30 at night after a long day of travel. Very disappointing.

This hotel was clean but definitely bare bones. We got a great rate and knew that the area surrounded the hotel was not bad and we wouldn’t be staying long so we took a chance. Since it’s an extended stay hotel some of the people that are there are a little rough looking. The noise travels like crazy in this hotel. Also there is no coffee or even coffee pots in the rooms but there is a hot plate and large fridge. Overall it wasn’t awful but we probably wouldn’t choose it again.
