Room was clean but AC wasn't very good. Breakfast was just ok and not much variety. Well kept hotel and manager was very good. A lot of noise from patio very late at night and night staff really didn't do anything about it even after 2 calls to desk. Manager moved us to 4th floor on other side of hotel instead of looking into unruly guests and night desk person

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite was wonderful for our family vacation. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice and warm. Would definitely stay here again

It was literally a home away from home and the division from the living space and the room made it feel spacious. Definitely raised my standards for hotels. This location will always have a special place in my heart because it is the stay where I checked-in as a girlfriend and checked-out as a fiancé 🥰✝️

Hotel phone was not working, and the bathroom conditioner bottle was empty and the stuff was not able to give me anything until housekeeping arrived which was after i was departing from the hotel at 9am.

We then had to request bedding for the pull-out couch which was our only second sleeping option—they were not in the room. When we asked for extra pillows for this, we were told they didn’t have any. Again, with very little explanation or apology. She just gave us the managers card and said we could complain to him if we wanted. The room itself wasn’t terrible decor or style-wise, but the rest of the hotel was outdated and kinda gross. The halls smelled dirty and like marijuana. The pool didn’t have any towels provided, and our room didn’t have any extras. Oh, and the breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, so hopefully you don’t have an early start. For the price paid, which was extremely elevated because it was a busy weekend in the area, the quality of this hotel didn’t come close.

Awesome experience

Overall, I had an awesome experience during my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

With in a few days the sink in the kitchen was leaking and the toilet over flowed. The maintenance person was awesome and got everything fixed quickly. After 5 days I went down to ask if housekeeping would be coming at any point, as I had to go get toilet paper and towels. Apparently they are scheduled, but no one informed me when I checked in. So, I did not have housekeeping for a week. The front of house staff was not very welcoming, not rude but not friendly. I thought it was odd that there was not a place in front for guests to park temporarily and unload. So a lot of lugging baggage from the car and depending on your apt that could be a walk.

One of the towels has stain on it, the body soap container was empty and there were no beddings for the sofa bed
-
Breakfast was decent but the bed was hard and not very comfortable and the pillows were lumpy.
