Still has that “brand new” smell. Staff were great, rooms were spotless, the shower was wonderful, and the soundproofing is incredible. There are no fridges, no microwaves, no trash cans in the bathrooms, the phones don’t work and there are really no room amenities to speak of. If you want a minimalist experience with no frills, then this place is for you.

The front counter staff was amazing, the cleaning staff very professional 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a great stay for our family in a great part of town. The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful.

I have travelled some around the country and around the Europe, stayed in all kings of hotel and motels. This was the FIRST TIME TV in the room didn’t work. I called front desk to check what is going on. They asked me to bring remote control down so they could change the batteries. After batteries were replaced and TV still not working, I called front desk again. Somebody came to my room, checked all connections, apologized saying that the TV won’t be fixed today and left. In addition, nightstand light on my side of the bed didn’t work, I couldn’t even read a book before going to bed. The room was clean though, no issues there. If you stay for one night, or you don’t need TV or you don’t read before going to bed, just sleep and leave, this is ok hotel to stay. Otherwise, there are far better hotels nearby, especially for the price they charge, it is not a cheap hotel.

The bathroom door was facing both beds and has a frosted door. If someone got up in middle of night and turned the bathroom light on, it lights up the entire room.

Great location and clean comfortable place

Location was great- close to interstate and easy to get to. Lots of food options nearby. Pillows were not good. We didn’t have the correct room type available. We booked 2 queens via booking.com and only had a king available. We were able to make do. The bathroom vanity and sink were pulling away from the wall and the shower door was not closing well so shower leaked all over. Couldn’t use the body wash because it was not open and we could not get it open.

It was clean and nice. The bathroom door was frosted. So up in the middle of the night would wake the family when the light was on in the bathroom.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, the scheduled check-in time, but our room was not ready. The front desk initially told us the wait would be only 30 to 45 minutes. Instead, we waited nearly two hours before we could access our room. We were informed that the hotel was overbooked and had only two housekeepers working. While staffing challenges can happen, the hotel should have been better prepared and should not have provided an inaccurate estimate. After traveling, waiting two additional hours for a room was frustrating and unacceptable. We were also surprised to find a $10 parking fee added to our final bill. The parking charge was not clearly disclosed to us during booking or check-in, and we only noticed it after checkout. Unexpected charges without proper communication create a lack of trust. Based on the delayed check-in, understaffed housekeeping, poor communication, and undisclosed parking fee, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Travelers should consider other hotels in the area that are better organized, properly staffed, and transparent about all fees before charging guests.

The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Paying for parking was a frustrating added expense.

Very good

Great room for the price. I didn’t give it 5 stars because our body wash was empty and there were no blankets for the couch bed. We got in really late and it was a pain to have to go downstairs to pick up these items after we noticed we needed them.

Very clean and roomy

Breakfast was gross. Period. The sausage tasted like chemicals and the potatoes were bland and undercooked. Scrambled eggs were ok but were bland and there was no salt or pepper available. Also it was the same thing every day. Changing it up and seasoning the food even just a little might help except for the nasty sausage. Charging $10.00 per night parking is bs. The property isn’t even gated so why charge for parking???

My room was clean for the most part but I found an old bagel and a dirty sock underneath my AC unit. The TV also had these annoying pixilated lines in it. Also when the housekeeping came to tidy the room then ever gave me trash bags and only replaced my towels with 1 towel. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels every time.
