Hyatt House Colorado Springs Airport

We were put on the Top floor in a corner room and after an hour of just getting comfortable in the room. The Tv service went out and the adjoining room had either children or something weird going on. They had Brahms’ Lullaby coming from there room all night until we left at 4:00am. Fricking creepy.. didn’t sleep a wink.

I chose that hotel because thier info said they had airport shuttle. My flight was diverted late at night and I was stranded. It wasn't until after I had made the reservation and called for the shuttle that they told me the shuttle wasnt running at 10pm. I got an Uber. The next morning I asked for the shuttle to take me to the airport and then they told me it doesn't run on the weekends. Their info needs to be more specific. I would have picked another hotel had I known their shutte was limited. I spent $60 on Uber to and from the airport.

Everything was very nice. The breakfast the rooms the staff the only issue was the pool broke and was closed the entire time where you’re there.

Convenient. Only negative is if you get a room next to the busy road, Powers, you’ll need ear plugs. There is constant traffic.

The shuttle is useless for early travel which would be the only reason to stay near at a hotel near the airport versus downtown. I won’t stay

I arrived very early for my 3:00 p.m. check-in. No rooms were available so I waited in the lobby and until it was close to the time. The front desk were very polite, respectful and made me feel very comfortable being it was my first time visiting Colorado Springs. The room was very very clean, I was able to get towels when I needed them and the bar service A1. I will be visiting again with my girls.

It’s a nice place. It’s not super fancy, it’s pretty basic, yet not on the low end either. It’s kind of in the middle. My king size non-smoking room was pretty small, but it was just fine for me. They have a free hot breakfast & cold items offered each day. It was very good. I was pleasantly surprised when the hot foods were different each day. I really liked that. Friday they had small pancakes, sausage rounds, seasoned cubed potatoes, scrambled eggs & some kind of pork chile. Breakfast on Saturday was the most enjoyable for me. They had ham & cheese folded omelettes, chicken sausage rounds, hash brown potato cake, French toast sticks & pork chile again. They had hot oatmeal, dry cereals, muffins, bagels & a salad bar with cut up fresh fruit, cottage cheese, boiled eggs & more.

Overall neat and good. No negative
